Bcasino - not in Casinomeisters faves....
However, I do believe in giving a fair press.
Last year, I deposited once with the above - lost it, and thought nothing of it.
Last weekend, as they do every now and again - they emailed me an offer.
This one, for my birthday was £10 completely free - 50x wagering. It was free - I'll give it a bash!
Low and behold, a few hours later, balance of around £90 and wagering complete - so i try to withdraw £75. Only, I haven't deposited at all for the last 6 months and prior to that was a credit card deposit so now no good for UK players.
I deposited a tenner - and also sent documentation of the card used - and just in case my ID and address again. TBH, i was thinking this was probably a lost cause £10.
I am going to withdraw, but after a couple more games balance has gone up slightly to £133. I click to withdraw £100 - and niggling but no great surprise a pop up says fine - however we are removing the £10 we gave you!
Ok - withdrawal set - but by now I have read the comments on here and think its not going to fly.
I proceed to mess about with the remaining now £23 - down to £15 then a huge good run of luck across many games and over many hours of play run this up to £250.
I cant actually withdraw - unless I cancel my 1st withdrawal - which I don't want to do.
Roll on 48 hours and I get an email confirming my £100 has been processed and is on its way!
I then piss a good chunk of the balance up the wall - and end up withdrawing exactly another £100.
Roll another 48 hours - the 1st £100 is now in my bank account - result - these guys aren't so bad after all.
Then i get an email - we are not processing the 2nd withdrawal as your bonus had a win limit. As goodwill we will refund the £10 deposit.
Not agreeing with this decision I sent the following reply.
"
Hi,
This feels incorrect to say the least.
The huge amount of wagering completed after the £10 deposit (well into the thousands of pounds range) would clearly suggest this approach is immoral and unfair and bordering on fraud or financial misrepresentation.
The remainder balance, plus the £10 deposit, fluctuated from a low point of £20, a high of £250 plus, and an eventual withdrawal of £100.
By any means this is clearly fair and reasonable play, and in no way, can you say, this was funded purely from bonus winnings.
I can see why your reputation as a casino is in tatters on the respected Casinomeister forum.
I see in my account statement there is no confirmation of the £10 refund .
Please can you arrange and confirm that immediately although I feel the full withdrawal would be the correct and honourable approach.
I will be forwarding this and all correspondence to the UKGC, and any interested parties.
This is not in the false belief that you will reverse your incorrect decision, more as a warning to others, and to ask the UKGC to review your license.
As for the 1st paragraph of your email
.. we are pleased? Really?? And as your live chat is currently not available, maybe you should amend the last paragraph accordingly.
I await confirmation of the £10 withdrawal.
It is with great pity I am forced to write this email, as I enjoy your site, variety of games and the generous and regular available bonuses.
After this weekend, I had planned on adding you to my favourites and would have returned regularly.
However....."
Now, irrespective of the rights or wrongs of my email I fully expected this was a lost cause - indeed the 1st reply said this would take 8 weeks to look into!
24 hours later - I get an email confirming the decision has been reversed and the £90 can be returned to balance or withdrawn. I requested a withdrawal and again this was confirmed within 10 minutes. At present i have no reason to believe this will not happen.
So - did they mistreat me? - probably, did they make an incorrect decision?- probably, have they resolved this reasonably? - Definitely.
Credit where credit is due.
(Incidentally my lifetime deposits here are £60 - withdrawals now £200 - so hardly a big fish or a great loss for them)
Well done for resolving this Bcasino
