New Review New UK Facing Casino - Spin Hill Casino

How are you supposed to rate a casino without playing there?
It's f*&^ing easy - you can review casinos without signing up. You can scan their website - see what games they offer, see where they are licensed, see who they are connected to. As an experienced gambler you can make these observances without signing up. You are giving advice to your fellow members and our visitors which we transfer to the review page. To think that signing up is a requirement is quite short sighted in my opinion.

If you don't want to participate in the MMs - just let me know.

And I am the one who PMd each of the Meister Minion members who are vocal in this thread to PLEASE post their ratings and reviews in the Meister Minion forum so that Dionysus or I can transfer those reviews to the official review page.

Only colinsunderland posted something there - a one sentence review.

Dionysus is the editor/moderator of the MM section, and he was tasked to work on this - and your calling him a shill? WTF??
I took part in this thread in good faith and I even attempted to back out of the convo last night but I was met with a reply I felt compelled to respond too.
Not all threads needs a "Here's Johnny"

it's a thread I'm specifically tasked with, so it rather does

Which is what I did? Not sure what else I could write that hadn't already been put in the thread and without playing there, at least I did write something.

That is patently not true and you know it is not.The terms and criteria demand you deposit, play at and withdraw

I'm not asking you to give us payout info - I am asking for a rating - sheesh! Read my PM.
The requirements of a Minion is clearly set out for us and is understood. Just because you may not have specified we stick to those requirements. That email does not change what we understand our requirements to be. But as a side your email reached me long after I had already deposited there with the intention to play and give feedback which is clearly evident in this thread.
Thanks for you and your staffs gratitude

Well, I answer to the guy in blue, so for me, it's his opinion kind of matters in regards to the tasks assigned me

That aside, I'd have answered the same way if my name were in green.
But it isn't and here we are. And everyone has had a say so I suspect we can go back to reviews and everyone can always bump any concerns up the chain in pms

The reality is that I am faced with possibly needing some help in getting my withdrawal.
Should I seek out the help of another forum after this?
I need finish my first coffee

As an update. Despite me leaving SpinHill in the position that I last stated I logged in to find that I was able to withdraw despite it claiming that the bonus playthrough was not completed. I will request it to be flushed via live chat and once its all processed and in my account I will happily post a full review in both the minions section and the review section.
No live chat even in daytime!
I'm done with this thread

I'm affraid to say this needs another update.

In reply to my email requesting that they flush my withdrawal they claim that my account needs to be verified.

This despite them locking my account on start up until I completed verification, which of course I already have done!

Do not deposit at this casino

sor try boss but I beg to differ here.
I feel it is unjust to review a casino when you haven’t played there.
I can’t, in good faith, recommend or slate a casino based purely on having a look around.

a brand can LOOK as fancy pants as it likes. It can say 24hour live help, it can show as having a thousand games to play, it can offer faster withdrawals etc
None of which can be taken as truth until a player actually goes through the experience of playing.
It isn’t until you Load a slot that you’re met with errors. It isn’t until you try to make a withdrawal that you are faced with 48 hours pending, followed by the balance being returned to your account due to lack of verification.
It isn’t until you try to contact the 24 hour live help that you see live chat only available between 1pm and 6pm.
During 1pm-6pm it says ‘live chat unavailable’.
Or wait 3 days for an email reply.

many MM’s are conscientious and want to do the job well.
It’s very wrong that this can be met in Such an objectionable manner by mods...

Seen many an accredited casino offer all sorts of games, nice menus and payment options, whilst UK licenced, only to end up giving me all manner of gyp.

A site can look the biz from the outside and still 'perform' badly in all manner of ways, notably I've seen sites that were accredited and had games that juddered and stuttered worse than my great grandmother.

Payment speed is king and too often will some of the 'better' casinos pull all manner of rogue KYC stunts and give me the runaround (not reacharound, unfortunately)

As reviews are subjective it is important to get an overall 'aggregate' score for these sites by active players as one or two opinions can be, erm, 'skewed' to favour the casino. So that's why I always thought it a thankless but crucial undertaking by our minion number-cruncher whipping boys (& girls, equality ree) and should not be dismissed lightly

Wow just read this and quite perturbed at the content of this thread. Here we have someone posting about their experience at a casino, as encouraged to do, which in turn appears he was lambasted for - don't bite the hand that feeds you, doesn't bode well or encourage people to become MM's and help CM in the future.

Again. The reader can decide if your intervention and conduct was warranted. I responded to you with restraint

I was left totally disheartened by the response that I woke up to yesterday morning.
I presumed that I would have been supported by senior management but instead all I read was vilification from them.
To be fair after some communication Mr CM was utterly fine with me yesterday. Then Max today, more than 24 hours after the event gives me an infraction which can obviously be used against me as a tool if he desired in future!
I have utter respect for this site and what it stands for.
I have spent one hell of a lot of money losing in the interest of inparting info data for this site.
What reason is there for us to actively get involved either financially, emotionally or both in the health of what is just another site that provides casino content?

Thank you so much for providing me with support in this thread Supa,Goat and Greylady.
I woke up yesterday thinking I must be on my own so I decided to shut my mouth.
Ban me if you wish to Max

Keep your chin up young man.

It's not about support but about an objective view of the thread and I seriously could not see what you had done wrong, especially hearing that you were banned, albeit briefly. Sometimes the 'masters' should look closer to home, just because you have staff, they are not always right, which is pretty obvious to an outsider.

I only did it because you did promise me that signed Michael Chopra shirt. I presume that offer's still on the table

FTR the record I have much sympathy with your position here. I also agree somewhat with what Bryan said but I think there is a general failure to distinguish between the experience and knowledge expected of players and players who are experienced affiliates.

Four years ago I would simply take information on trust and at face value when considering playing at a new casino mentioned on here. Now having affiliate experience too I suppose what Bryan says would apply to me, in that I would be expected to know license details (co-licensees) and a fair bit about whom I am dealing with if I choose to sign up. Plus I know to use the MM info which I must say most of us here have neglected to add much to in the last year or so, including me.

It's reasonable when a forum member here to implicitly trust any site put forward to the membership, and when in the Grey Zone expect them to be checked. I mentioned earlier the aff. programme was bungling to say the least and I did join them 18 months ago just before I myself promoted them. They pay after 48 hours but I dropped them very quickly afterwards when it became apparent they weren't equipped to consistently provide the service one would expect from a casino we would normally play at. As I said, the aff. programme was evidence of this. The team behind them appears to be French although that could just be the people I communicated with.

It's obvious that things haven't improved since I last dealt with them. They aren't dishonest, they will pay in 48 hours after KYC and eventually settled my commission too - it's just they don't seem to have the people and resources to run an effective all-round operation which at this present time means I could not in all honesty recommend them to people here who are invariably used to a far superior CS, Interface and KYC/payments system.

I also believe that any casino posted on here should have a rep on call, grey zone or not. It benefits the players here and likewise provides invaluable feedback to the casino itself if they are genuinely trying to improve themselves, it's mutually beneficial.

I'm not sure it's safe to provide grey zone casinos in the general forum - fair enough if they turn out to be kosher and even end up on board accredited and repped-up, but if they turn to ratshit then people could lose out and it could damage the CM reputation at worst. I think there should be sufficient MM information and date BEFORE they are presented, rather than aggregate that data ex post facto. Just my view peeps...

I will reply tomorrow to your post but in respect I don't want to digest it all while enjoying spinning at a casino before bed :)

Last part bang on. It's same mod who seems to thibk he needs to answer to everyone's single post. Which in turn causes these issues.

Not sure why he feels the need to be so active in responding to everything when it clearly doesn't require a staff response.
