My bank card details have now been excepted. However they have now requested a utility bill. I already sent a valid utility bill in my first reply to them asking for my card details.

As long as you don't spam me constantly on email addresses stolen from other casinos, then completely ignore my complaints you will be fine

My last reply to their request was sent mid day and I included a valid doc in reply. No validation came through.
In all honesty this is just a minor reason why I withdrew from being a very dedicated meister who was willing to put their money in to casino's that are suggested to us to review

Why did they not request everything at once and why have they not even acknowledged recipt of the last doc I sent them?
Its an utter joke and in the mean time they are holding on to my money.
Yesterday afternoon I asked them to refund my money and close my account which was totally ignored

Just a quick update. As they again ignored my request to close my account and seemingly decided I didn't have to provide passport and driving licence details I am in. I'm unsure if they have refunded my initial deposit because I cant find that history and I cant see a deposit from my bank being made. So I've came this far so I've deposited in order to be able to give an honest review for the grey zone/meister feedback data

I see no value in waiting up to 48hrs for some form of clearance on an account that has already been verified and while I have clearly stuck by the rules of playing a bonus. I just want it over and done with now so I can go play at a trusted site before bed time

It does seem that way. Its Curacoa domain tactics transported to the UK as far as my experience has been so far.
The thing is that their site runs so smoothly and as far as I can tell their games are running on the highest RTP and game play suggests as much
