Anyone give it a go yet? I'm gonna play today. Its still so new that some randoms are at 1,000.00 exactly. The welcome bonuses are very nice, and more than once. %200 to begin with though, 15x D+Bonus for slots.

I can't seem to find any terms for withdrawals as far as methods, or time tables regarding them. In the banking section of Casino there is Wire, and overnight Express. I would like to know how long it takes to process, and where the faxback is. I generally like to have all docs. approved before I push that first spin.

So any play experiences would be appreciated:)

For everyone's FYI casino is listed here:
https://www.casinomeister.com/accredited-casinos/

It's just been launched so expect some teething issues.

The rep's account is here:
https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/

I'll PM her for some input on this.

I am confused on one issue in the T&C's:Players are asked to wager the bonus and deposit amounts fifteen (15) times before making any cash-outs.

Take note that some games played may contribute a different percentage of the wager - up to 100%, towards the required wagering:

Slots, Parlor Games count full (100%) to wagering requirements.
Table Poker, all Roulettes, Casino War and Sicbo count a quarter (25%) to wagering requirements.
Video Poker, Craps, Baccarat count a twentieth (5%) to wagering requirements
All Blackjacks counts a fiftieth (2%) to wagering requirements.

If you withdraw before having reached the minimum wagering requirements, your bonus and winnings will be void.

Wagering on restricted games does not count towards the fulfillment of the wagering requirements and winnings from rounds played on restricted games before meeting the wagering requirements will be removed at the time of a cash-out request.
All the games are listed but yet say if you play on restricted games, you will forfiet your winnings. They do not list the restricted games. Since they say this, there must be some games that are not allowed otherwise this would not be there if all the games were allowed??

.

I often wonder why it is that so many of these RTG-powered operations don't have an upfront "About Us" on the landing page....

.....All the games are listed but yet say if you play on restricted games, you will forfiet your winnings. They do not list the restricted games. Since they say this, there must be some games that are not allowed otherwise this would not be there if all the games were allowed??

In Section 7, in the middle of the second paragraph, states this: "Grande Vegas Casino reserves the right to withhold any amount in excess of the player's original deposit from a player's withdrawal if the play bonus is wagered in Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps, Sic Bo or all 4-line Video Poker Games."

I don't know why this is buried in a paragraph that starts out talking about player non-compliance with Fax Verification Forms. This should have it's own paragraph.

I tried to sign up and was told US could only play for fun

This is from their FAQ:

Q : Do you accept US players?
A : We welcome players from all countries and recommend that you check the law in your own jurisdiction. There are different laws in each state, we don't check up on players but consider it your responsibility to check the laws in your area and make an educated decision.

They probably added this one in case they introduced new games or removed some of the games from the list. However, this clause will confuse a lot of people so I think they will have to be more diligent and amend the list each time rather than having an all-embracing one.

Well, thjey have a few things to work out for sure, but to be expected with a new casino!

For one, they currently only have 2 withdrawal options.. For which customer service wasn't aware of the fees (he said that there are no fees charged by the casino, but that .. overnight express, which is just a cheque, or wire transfer, .... might charge something. ??)

Also, they don't have a way to convert your comp points to cash. Customer service thought it was done automatically, but wasn't aware of the rate (i think they thought I was talking about how to earn comp points, vs how to convert them).

Anyhow, I'll email their banking department and see if I can get more info!

Hi slotheadlizard,

We will be taking off overnight express as a withdrawal method and you are still able to withdraw through wire and the e-cash methods that are displayed on the casino such as eco card, use my wallet (depending where you live). The faxback form has been added to the site under banking you will find a word doc and pdf format form. Processing with regards to wire withdraw usually takes 5-8 working days.

Hope this helps,
Regards,
Melanie

Hello Melanie and welcome to the forum.:)

Why are you guys going to be taking off "Overnight Express" as a withdrawal method?? I was actually excited to see that one listed there and the fact you guys were willing to expedite cashouts that fast and now you say you are removing it??

Hi Westland Bowl,

Sorry i am answering everone seperately instead of one big thread, still trying to learn how to post threads, normally just reading them :p. This paragraph quoted above from the casino T& Cs has also been removed as it is not applicable since blackjack, roulette, craps etc does count a percentage towards the wagering requirement.

Please note faxback forms are available on the site under banking.

Hope this helps,
Regards
Melanie

Hi silcnlayc,

Like Bryan said we do still have some teething issues to sort out. The last paragraph 'wagering on restricted games does not count.....' has been removed from the promotions T&Cs. So there are no restricted games, they are set to count at different percentages as you see above for blackjack 2%, video poker 5% etc. Hope this ends the confusion :)

Melanie

you can recieve up to $100 bonus on the first deposit. So deposits of 20-50 qualify for the bonus.

Hi XOXO,

I have PM'ed Stovetopp and answered this question. To clarify this question with everyone, the minimum deposit is $20, so if your first time deposit is $20 dollars you receive 200% which is $40, and play with $60. If your 1st deposit is $50 you get $100.

Well. I got an rmail saying my deposit has been pre authorised meaning they got it but I must contact the cashier to finalize the transaction This I did..I was told I have to wait 24-48 hours to have the glitch fixed Well what an auspicious beginning for a new casino...... LOL

I think this is going to be a good one.
And I think it's going to be like The Cherry Red (Louise) Family of the best team support that comes with a place.
Go Melanie:thumbsup:
It's great to see Casino Reps get Involved with the players.
We need more of them to take part.
Welcome Melanie to a great place.

i deposited last night and got my bonus with no problems. I used Click2Pay.
The slots were pretty loose too. I will try again soon.
But the jackpot meters were running fast and resetting all the time and driving me crazy. :eek2:

Well, I used the all Access debit card...Its surprising to me that they didn't at least try a credit card first to see if it works..Futhermore , if they acknowlwdge authorization of my deposit, why can't it be done manually as in other casinos?

If i were o deposit (by neteller) am I in risk of not gambling straigh away? Is there a problem with deposits?

Marie . I am stuck now too, so have to go make another deposit at another casino in order to get my fix.
If I were you I would call that toll free number first , the one you see after clicking cashier....Make sure you can speak or understand Swali, Indian, Chines or maybe even the swedish language then maybe you can communcate better :-) Dont try english LOL In the end though I think this will be an okay casino

Not to derail (okay, I am :p) perhaps a "pending accreditation" section might be useful for new Casinos that have representatives and meet all other CM criteria.

Might be a good idea. I would recommend caution though. Does anyone remember HippoJo? They were "pending accreditation" about two years ago and had a presence on the forum, were apparantly backed by people with a good track record etc. A few months later they disappeared and ran away owing money to many players and were never tracked down. They stole 2500 from me. I think they are listed in the Rogue section on this site now, although they no longer exist.

Can anyone tell me, is the minimum deposit to claim the 200 % initial bonus $50 ? I only have $50 in my gambling bankroll and after QT deducts their fee it'll be $47 . Am I sh** outa luck ?

Posted by the rep Melanie on page two Spike. Hope this helps...as it looks like it's $20.

The exact same thing happened to me last night there Stovetopp after I downloaded and then went on to make a deposit. In the cashier was a message stating "There was a problem updating your account balance. Please contact Customer Services and provide trace number xxxxxxx.

So I made the call to customer support and inquired whether or not this so-called "Pre-Authorized" deposit would in fact be removed from my banking account and the guy at customer service told me no. He went on to say that they were changing over their cashier processor software and would email me when it was ready to accept deposits there.

WTF !! They are taking all of these ghost deposits now and showing everyone that they have been "Pre-Authorized" but yet you will have to wait to find out for sure if the money is actually going to be removed from your bank account or not. So is this really a good start here for an "Accredited Casino"...ummm, don't think so.

Why not wait for your launch until all things are in place and operating at 100% ?? The way it stands now, no one can even deposit here by any method according to the customer service rep that I spoke to last night.

Bryan, have you been in contact with them regarding this issue?? This is a little more than just a few teething pains as they are clearly doing "Pre-Authorizations" on our funds here but yet we don't really know for sure whether this "Pre-Authorization" will be removed from our banking accounts at a later date or not.

Also, Bryan I remember that you have previously said that you meet with the owners or a casino rep normally before "Accrediting" a new casino property. Since there is NO "About Us" page on this new casinos website can you tell us all who these folks are. The owners name(s) and where they are located at?? Thanks

Depositing issues

Hi Everyone,

I know this depositing problem is a huge issue for all the players. Credit cards and all access debit cards cannot be used at the moment, we are working to the bone on this issue. So that said players can deposit with eco card, use my wallet and click to pay at the moment.

Please dont count us out, we will be a great casino and i will be here to answer as many questions until we get the issue solved, and after of course :).

Hope for your understanding,
Melanie

Melanie, in all due respect here, you still failed to answer the question regarding this "Pre-Authorization" tag that has now been applied to a lot of folks failed deposits there. Can you please clarify as to whether or not this so-called "Pre-Authorization" of our failed deposit will in fact be removed from our banking accounts at a later date??

And why is the "Pre-Authorization" tag being applied anyway if in fact this failed deposit is not going to be removed at a later date??

Well I for one wont be back!!

Hi Melonie, Well I for one wont be back I have gone through the same garbage as many other players with this pre approval garb..recieved the email and then made the dumb move of calling customer support(no freecall from outside the us) after spending 25 minutes on an international phone call with your customer service rep Preston....they still couldnt sort the messs out, he told me he would send me an email reguarding the outcome of it all(that was over 24 hours ago and still waiting!!!)

Anyone who has had the same experience I have where the rep really had no idea of what was going on other than saying...we were forced to go live too early and basically we cant cope...isnt going to be tripping over there tooties to get back here, why deal with incompetence when there are other casinos with the same software who have proven themself as professional..

Hi RobWin,

I was working on that now to answer your question. We are currently chatting to the people who deal with depositing/banking problems. When a deposit is declined the pre authorization letter is sent to the player to say it has been declined by default. No money that you have tryed to deposit will be taken from your account. The letter is just to let the depositor know the current status of his deposit, in other words whether the deposit has been accepted or not. If declined, NO MONEY is taken.

Hope this answers your question,
Melanie

Same here, Nothing was taking from NSnd. I didn't call but, I will just wait until everything is working. Its says that it won't be approved until I call. I will try again in a week or two. I'm sure since they are new it takes a while to get it going. Think I'll just wait till its glitch free.

You won't know for sure though until 3 business banking days have passed as this is the general time frame to allow for "Pre-Authorizations" to be deducted from your banking account.

but most of my charges show up right away as pending- and nothing has showed up - If it does they will have one MAD MOM on their hands.

I received the same message as Robwin....."Declined" to me is not the same as "Pre Authorized". So , Melanie is getting the run around as well from the "office".

If its pre authorized , that means it will be taken later..It was not taken from NETSPEND and its not "pending" either and those of us knows how simultaneous the transaction is with NETSPEND....Now I will use the funds elsewhere today..My only concern is that Grande Vegas will apply the deposit later and the sh**** hit the fan when no funds are there......
.Melanie, can we or I get a flat out statement CANCELLING the transaction as if it never happened? This will avoid any confusion in the future. Thanks

I had the exact same concern. Its NS, and I called to see if I had any pendings, they said "no". They went on to explain that even if something was pre authorized, at least $1.00 or something would have posted. If it is ran through at a later date, and no money is on card, it will just go back as declined.

I just don't want it to come through at all and look like a chargeback or anything of the likes:mad: I prefer the word" Declined", it lets me know for sure.

Just a heads up..... I tried to log in today, and my account was locked!
I've called their customer support and he's going to call me back, but it's a very scary thing not being able to log into your account when you have over $1600 in it!!!
Hopefully they'll get it fixed ASAP..... BTW I've already sent my documents and they were approved, so I don't know what this is all about..!
