On the 20/03/2017 I requested a withdrawal of £2840 from sportingbet.
They replied saying I needed to send ID
I sent them my driver license (which is paper and usually suffienct) and birth certificate
They replied saying they needed photo ID
So after many weeks of dealing with the DVLA to get a photo ID I kept messaging sportingbet.com to make sure my money was safe and keep them up to date.
When my ID arrived I sent them a copy of the front and the back
They then replied hold it to your face
So I then held the ID to my face and sent it again, THEN all of a sudden I get this email, I\\\'m in utter shock (email below)

Thank you for contacting Sportingbet Customer Support,
We have been advised by our compliance department that the total balance on the account will be retained and the account will remain permanently closed. This decision is final, so there will be no further responses to any queries that we receive regarding this same topic as all that can be advised, has been.

I don\\\'t know how on earth this is legal?? They\\\'ve stolen my money and I\\\'ve done everything they have asked of me, I would be so greatful if you could help,
