OK so I requested a withdrawal at Mr Green (fully Verified) at 7am today.

I noticed the withdrawal hadn't been processed come around 12, strange, as they usually pay within an hour, especially in the morning. Thought id fire up live chat and ask politely what kind of timeframe it would be paid in and the Agent said the withdrawal needed to be looked at, and said this process could take up to three days :/ What are your thoughts on (up to) three days to deal with a withdrawal. Please bear in mind Mr Green are scored very highly at 9.3 here

Also I would like to point out I have had many many positive experiences at Mr Green in the past couple of years. Here is a copy of the chat session, take a look.

Hello Alicia, can you tell me roughly how long it will take to process my withdrawal please? 12:53:52

    Alicia
    Hi Philip thanks for contacting12:54:07

So it seems that your withdrawal needs to be approved by our payments department on this occasion, I unfortunately can't give a guaranteed time frame, but this is usually done within 72 hours, they will work to do this as quickly as possible for you12:55:14

perfect, can you email me a copy of this chat session please?12:56:08

Yes no problem, I will do that when we have finished the chat12:56:26

    That's a lot if you don't have any :)

I closed my account there because of the way they handled my verification, and the payments.
I want to know when I will get paid and with them I never knew. They just say up to 72 hours to be on the safe side themselves. I don't accept that kind of thinking.
They are usually fast though according to some who plays there.

Yep I might ask the Rep to take a glance over the thread, To me it just seems that CS don't have any real power, or can communicate directly with the payments team :/

Although small has this withdrawal possibly taken your TOTAL withdrawals (lifetime) over the £2,300 limit.

Just a suggestion which may (or may not) have caused the delay.

No, they are not in the same room so they have to send emails all the time to their manager. I had a lot of fun with that :D

It's a new rep so it's great if he get something to do in here. He might think we are boring otherwise.

I hit a monster around eighteen months ago and made a withdrawal that would cover that amount :D

Did you have to go through KYC at that time? It might be they missed you and you will have to this time. You are withdrawing to the same method used for this deposit aren't you?

I know it doesn't help but I usually get paid from MrGreen in minutes, faster than I do from the one everyone seems to think are the fastest, Videoslots.

Sorry, just had a thought - is there a minimum withdrawal limit that this £50 doesn't hit? Just thinking out loud here.

Spoke to Mr Green on the phone and the rep on here will take a look at some point :)

Sure it will get processed, I was just quite surprised when they quoted upto three days for a very high scoring casino

I've had withdrawals take 48 hours to Neteller, as have others. You just need look at the minions data on the CM review page for Mr Green.
The quoted time in the review doesn't match up to the actual minion data

"Cashout Time: Verified accounts - the majority are under 90 minutes"
Yet there are many entries in the minions data of 20-40+ hours to neteller/skrill for verified accounts

How many hours did it take? it would it have taken longer if you hadn't contacted CS or the rep?
