Mr Bet casino is a scam! Do not play here

I won 3330 on two jackpots and went on to meet the wagering requirements. I never placed a bet above the allowed amount. I attempted to withdraw my winnings and they simply stole my money. Do not play at Mr. Bet! They are a scam

Please note, 7.14. Mr.bet has a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, fraud, taking unfair advantage of us and/or other suspicious activity, and we reserve the right to block and remove bonuses, associated winnings and/or deposits from accounts that we suspect, at our sole discretion, are involved in such activities or behaviors such as, but not limited to: - Winnings from "free spin" or "bonus" features initiated with bonus funds but completed after the bonus has been wagered, lost or forfeited will be removed. Sadly, the profit from the bonus was removed according to the rules and the deposit amount was compensated. Have a wonderful day!

But zero proof was provided of this so called violation... Site is a rip off fraud!

Yes, some date would be appreciated. To be fair, any player who wins a jackpot is the perfect customer. It didn't cost the casino a dime. Players have already paid for the jackpot.

What is worse, if one broke the rules of the casino - while winning a jackpot. In that case a complicated process kicks-in. The jackpot win has to be transferred back to the jackpot. Given the fact that others players have paid to the jackpot, a casino can't confistcate winnings. Those winnings have to be transferred back to the jackpot counter. That is a long and complicated process.

So I assume you didn't win an actual jackpot and no other players are affected due to this?

I just know that they say they deleted the money I won... what an absolute rip off. I thought wow I actually won something from an online casino and boom!! They make some bogus claim regarding some bogus bonus policy to prevent having to pay out. Site is such a brutal scam I hope no one ever plays there again! The fact that they are providing no proof too really says it all. I am not sure who else I can notify regarding this fraud! But I woke up to their email this morning and was furious. I assume a company like this would just steal the money and not put it back into the jackpot account. Zero integrity what so ever!

I'm more worried if you won a jackpot and they confiscated the winnings. The problem with an ACTUAL jackpot game, is that the POT has been paid by players. A casino is not allowed to confiscate those winnings - it needs to be returned to the jackpot.

So can you confirm you actually won a jackpot or was the winnings for you a jackpot?

Just asking, did you save bonuses, or do a “bonus hunt”? Doing these are really tricky across all casinos while playing with bonus money.

The reason I ask is that I have played at Mr Bet in the past and actually had my biggest win at that casino, I received the money quite quickly.

Yes it was a jackpot of Holmes and the stolen gems. The money went up from other people playing. So clearly they stole this money and will not put it back into the jackpot pool cause the site is a fraud! And there is nothing you can do about it! Except let as many people as possibly know about it and that's what I plan to do!

I had actually hit the Holmes bonus when I still had over 1500 to meet the wager. Once I hit that bonus I then continued to meet the wager with bonuses still unopened. I then met the wager and had a whole bunch of bonuses left to open. I guess this is where they are saying I breached what an absolute joke this is. It makes no sense at all, I meet the wagering requirements and have unopened bonuses left and I am then punished for this. So my wager was completed and I had bonuses left to open... How is this a breach? This f$#ing site should lose it license for fraud!

Bonus hunts are real tricky while playing with bonus funds. You are “opening the door” for a breach of T&C. It’s much safer to avoid them when playing with bonus funds, or if it’s a large wager, just do it at the beginning.

Even streamers stress over and over not to do a bonus hunt on bonus funds always use a straight deposit.

This is all the proof they will give me I have asked multiple times they just keep sending me this canned response. I ask them if this is how they treat all their customers by basically ripping them off if they ever win anything.

How is it an advantage to open the bonuses after. The payout of the bonus does not change... Nothing has changed other than some unforseen loophole that a fraudulent online casino has to not payout any winnings!

I could not believe it when I got the email from Mr Bet this morning. I was more than careful to follow all of the Bonus rules an regulations. What do you know screwed by a crooked online casino again!

It’s a blatant breach of terms nearly at every casino ‘spirit of the bonus’ I believe.
obviously loads of people breach this watching there friendly streamers and think they can replicate it.

It doesn’t really matter how you interpret it. It’s there terms and conditions you agreed to upon sign up.

I don't agree streamers normally stress not to bonus hunts on bonus funds

Sorry if i m reading this right then the casino has not screwed you.

You are saying using bonus funds you won a jackpot and also left several bonus rounds unplayed. Then after completing wagering you went around and played all the bonus rounds .

Most casinos do not let you save up bonuses to then play them after completing wagering.

you're telling me you had several bonuses while you had bonus funds?
you see those streamers that do that and you think that it would be okay to do this?
they do this and they are hoping you would do it too so they can take those precious affiliate money from you
good job, you just made my day

Well if I knew that I would not have got robbed 3k today! What do they do with the money they stole from me? Put it in their customers stolen funds coffers?
Read the terms. Had you or done that before you would not be on here.
you have not get a leg to stand on.
Also your language and way you are going about it isn’t probably the best way.
best of luck

Nickslots whilst playing at ikibu told 100’s of viewers it was aloud to bonus hunt with bonus funds.
I contacted his affiliate manager whom told me what nick was saying was utter nonsense and against terms.
nick a bit later back tracked on stream and had to tell his sheep, sorry viewers it was against terms.
So no, they don’t tell there viewers at all on all occasions.

Why do you watch streamers since you clearly hate streamers with a passion? Seems counter productive

Yes it’s not healthy I agree as my hatred runs deep. This was years ago, watched at work offshore. But as per your advice I’ll attempt to be more productive in life

Well as the great Donald Trump would say, productivity is the key to success. So be more like Donald is my suggestion.

Whatever the case the site is a fucking fraudulent joke! Don't fucking play there!

I understand you are upset, but the casino has done nothing wrong in this case.

These are the rules for everyone, not just you.

Sadly, the only thing you can do is Learn from this.

I will say based on your demeanor on here that I imagine you were pretty rude to the support of the casino. Good rule of thumb is to be professional and courteous, remember they just work for the casino - you aren’t taking their money.

it sounds like you were manipulating your bonus play to maximise bonuses to take wager free. Sadly you hit a jackpot whilst doing this.

Thats karma for you!
The only theft I can see is from you abusing the system.

So it is somehow my fault that the brutal online casino has some fine print clause that states you can't save your bonuses? Which does not change the result at all!! Does this seem right to you? I get f8cked cause I never had my lawyer review the ridiculous policy of the bonus itself? What an absolute scam and a joke!

Whatever the situation, one more abusive post and it will be your last one here.

'Loading' or storing bonuses on slots with bonus funds is not permitted at any casino, for obvious reasons. It's the oldest trick in the book. If this is what you've done, tough.

Please listen to what you've been told. Whether the casino is crap or not, it's not them who've tried to defraud anybody.

I don’t think you have to read the small print more than once at any casino to know that storing bonuses is (and rightly so) considered bonus abuse.
It’s a pretty standard clause, along with excluded games lists which tend to include the slots where you can ‘save up’ to trigger a bonus.
Surely you can hold your hand up and admit that playing this way doesn’t feel a fair way to play even without reading the T&C...
