My brother got the free spins into monty python's spamalot slot but was disconnected after the first free spin. After reloading the game, he didn't have the free spins or any winnings. He was sure even the amount from the first free spin wasn't credited to his balance, so it wasn't like the bonus was skipped and the winnings just applied.
He contacted support (bet365) and they said they can only contact the provider and get back to him.
I'm just a bit cautious because last time I had a similar issue, I got told to wait for months and months until eventually they changed platforms and told me they can't do crap about it.
My brother never plays with bonuses or do any promotions so I didn't think he would have any issue with bet365 but with issues like these, especially it being a playtech slot, I'm not sure they are trustworthy...
Any suggestions or help?
