    Absolutely the worst casino I have ever played at online! Managed to turn the bonus chip into real cash, made a withdrawal request for $150. After sending in the required documentation I received an email saying my withdrawal will take no longer than 14 business days.... it's now been 6 weeks. They don't reply to emails. The live support say they can't help. I even rang the casino and they told me I would have to call back later to speak to the accounting department.

    I had considered making a deposit there as I enjoyed some of the games they have on offer, but after this drama they can forget about receiving a single cent from me.

    Still waiting for my withdrawal....

    Live support have shut me out. They close the chat window before I get to speak to them.

    Call the 24 hour helpline and they pretend to not be able to hear me... The first time I rang I spoke to someone and he told me to call back later. Call back later and all of a sudden the phones don't work... DODGY!

    Wait the 3 days for a reply to my email and nothing comes...

    Biggest sham casino going!

    I suggest you give up. It's not like you've lost anything.

    I have a lot more sympathy for people who don't get paid after depositing their own cash.
