I have a question related to withdrawals. It says:

To complete the process of your verification you will have to submit:

*Your personal ID proof with a scanned photo from your passport, ID card or driving license;
*Your address verification details - any tax bill or bank statement copy (not older than 3 months)
*Payment Verification - a photo or scanned copy of bank statement, credit/debit card account statement, credit/debit card registered for your user account (front side only).

NOTE: all documents must be certified as true copies by a qualified person. Moreover, each document must be signed by the qualified certifier whose name, rank/title and signature must be indicated on the documents. High quality copies are appreciated, as it may speed up the verification procedure.


I was wondering if the rep could explain the last paragraph in this rule as it seems a bit harsh.

A few are quite good.....house of scare is my favorite. My main gripe is the lack of free spin features.

One thing that definitely needs attention.....the English. The terms, descriptions and even the slot names (house of scare....). Someone needs to go through it and make lots of corrections, as it looks in places like a dodgy fly by night casino, and at the very least looks unprofessional.

That was my main issue with Big Casino when they came out. It was obvious that whoever was behind the casino did not have English as their first language, which is fair enough, but I was disappointed they didn't get it checked by a native English speaker before going public.
I actually went through the whole lot with Viktar and corrected quite a few things - sounds like I might have to do that again!
Unless someone else wants to volunteer this time... Nifty?

This is nearly to impossible to find native English speaker with strong casino knowledge here in Belarus. I will speak to the Casino management if we could hire someone from the forum :)

thanks a lot for your postings. We are already aware of the english issue and the required improvement on our site and will give the webiste texts to an approved correction reader who will be a native English speaker.
We also agree that this should maybe have happened previously to go online but we needed to go online some time back in order to check and try the software and make sure that all games are working fine, the affiliate page works without issues and that we would not have any payment issues neither on incoming payment operations then on outgoing payment operations. All this was a lot of work and maybe due to these important points we lacked slightly on the importance of the language. But you are right it does not look very professional and we will get it all corrected in the next few weeks.

Thanks again for your feedback and the honest statements.
 
It is a license issue which actually might be resolved by beginning of next week. So if all goes well we will allow to join and play from Canada.
Some of the restricted countries actually allow players to join our web but we are not allowed to advertise in their countries this also will include these countries to our restricted list.

I see the RTPs are listed on a slot-by-slot basis, which is definitely a good thing. However, as players I would advise folks to check the rules for the game they're playing, as they vary from under 90% (!!!!) to as high as 99.25% (assuming the info provided is correct).

However, I'm a bit dubious about the numbers as supplied, since the page for Non Stop Party HD actually lists two RTPs.

I´m trustful that these numbers are 100% real numbers as all our contracts, either on license side or on IT side are signed to be 100% legal and with no allowance to publish anything not 100% legal or correct.

Nevertheless I will speak with my IT Team on Monday morning and get this clarified as well as I will make sure we get the correct figure for the None Stop Party HD exposed ASAP.

I am pretty sure that we have no stablished limits but will have to confirm as this might be only a limit per transaction but not for general pay outs.

I am absolutely delighted Viaden are back. I loved BigCasino and some of their games, including Jingle Bells ride, Jour de L'Armour and Lucky Pirate (and very lucky me with that game!).

AND.....I am returning home to the Land Down Under next year, so will still be able to get my Viaden fix.

Life is good and getting better. :D

There should be "per transaction" added to the initial sentence. Noone is going to limit total withdrawal amount.
MonacoAces is being supervised by the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission, so this is simply impossible.
I also would like to add that we implemented several internal procedures which will allow us to speed up withdrawals. As you remember, at BigCasino players were getting paid within hours (sometimes even within minutes!) and we are going to maintain this good practice :)

@ Mouche12: yes unfortunately it all depends on local the gambling law of each country and the Netherlands is one of the countries which have issues with online Gambling.

This isn't an English issue, Mastercard is spelled the same in every language. This is lazy copy and paste and the person who wrote it didn't even read it once.

I have to say I'm inclined to agree. I mean, seriously, just about any member here at CM could have proof-read that site for them for a modest one-off payment and they would have immediately looked about 500% more professional than they do at the moment.

I've never seen so many basic language clangers at an online casino before, it looks desperately amateurish and completely puts me off depositing there.

Yeah the occasional mistakes happen, but the state of the Monaco Aces casino site tells me that no one has given it so much as a quick read through.
 
Gotta agree with balthazar and chopley on the spelling and grammar error's. Ofcourse, as already mentioned, little errors can and are expected to occur when you launch something like this, and we understand that - but the amount of basic english that has basically been totally messed up, is, I'm sorry to say, totally offputting. You can tell that the text has not even been proofread even once :confused: Once these have been rectified your site will look a hundred times better. This should definitely have been done before going live. Hiring someone professional a couple of weeks before you were due would've ensured this didn't happen - and lets be honest about this, it wouldn't take more than 1 or 2 working days to correct the whole lot, if that. Hope you get this sorted soon, and also get the correct RTP's showing. BTW its not just the Party HD slot that has 2 RTP's, I noticed at least 2 with RTP's with different values. Looking forward to trying these new games once everything is up and running as it should be :) They look different and unique, and I'm definitely up trying for them out.

thanks for your offers. Once we have the text back from our native correction reader it would be great if any of you guys could re-read it again. Our correction reader is a native english person but not too related to the Casino world so a second read from any of you would be great.
could you send me a PM with what kind of arrangements you are thinking of.
We know how bad it looks and how unprofessional our page appears due to these spelling mistakes and we definitely are more than interested to improve this and make the page a serious attraction point to all our players. We have invested so much effort in choosing the right software provider with some nice and different games, we spent a lot of time choosing the right place to pull our license and we have put a lot of time in setting it all up till we came online. This is not an excuse of course but trust me, once you have read the page several times you just don´t see these mistakes anymore. Of course this does not mean that we should have employed a prove reader but I think time will prove that we are taking this business as a very serious business and that players will recognize themselves that apart of the current spelling mistakes we are a pretty professional casino.

@Dionysus I have never received a PM from you. Are you sure you had sent it to me? please resend it.

Still confusing, they have no issues with MG, NetEnt, RTG, Cryptologic, all Dutchies can play this software...

At least they offer US, I am okay with that, its even money for us, unlike buying Euro or Pounds.

Well, it is and it isn't. When depositing in CAD, say like at micro, 50 gets me 50; with softwares that use USD like say, Nordic, I have to enter 47.75 for my 50; chump change, but always more than the going rate

Hi Balthazar,

No, the WR does NOT rollover. This term means that you will be clearing your bonuses one by one if you claim more than one at a time :)

Our WR allows players to claim deposit bonuses even AFTER the deposit was lost :) I.e. if you make your first deposit, play and then lose it - you are still able to claim your first deposit bonus. BUT! If you decide to withdraw your balance - you will need claim or cancel your bonus(es) to be able to do that. If you cancel your bonus - you are good to go. If you claim it - you will need to clear the WR first.

To add: To avoid conversion fees we offer our players 5 currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CNY). So, if you have Visa with USD, Neteller in GBP and Moneybookers in EUR and want to deposit using these payment systems - just change the currency in your account to the needed one, and upon making a deposit you will get the same amount you were charged.
 
Only able to logon to casino in P4F mode

Registered and played yesterday - no problems.

However, today when I try to logon on I am taken straight into P4F. Even when I click on the 'PLAY NOW' tab in a game, when I enter my details in the login section I am taken back to P4F.

I can't access the Deposit section at all.

Is the casino undergoing maintenance or something?

at the moment there are daily small things we are changing and improving but nothing that could not allow you to come online. PLease contact directly with our support Team via the website and they will help you. I doubt this is anything on our side to be honest but best to speak with support and you will be helped straight away.
