Checked the website there company address is in UK and have a curacao license only but does not state which one.

Never seen s UK based casino touting for uk business without a UK license.

Looks well dodgy.

Had numerous promotional emails off this bunch recently. Deposited£50 in two separate deposits. Found out I had previously self excluded permanently from their sister site with the exact same login details. When I questioned them,they said it's my fault I should have read the terms and conditions. Their NOT licenced to operate in the UK,they don't honour self exclusion and their attitude is vile! Please do not waste your money here! I've reported them to the UK gambling commission,here and watchdog. Didn't waste time with Curacao their making much needed money from these pricks!!

Some of the operations are legitimate and work to be as trustworthy as they can be. Others are not, and sure, you can shut down a site but they'll just setup another. There's no easy solution, as tracking the ultimate owners of each site is unrealistic and chances are they're not in their jurisdiction anyway.

I agree it's not easy to monitor and it's my fault I should have read reviews etc first. What shocks me most is their licenced address is in Birmingham UK so why haven't the UK gambling commission blocked them?

The company exists to give it the illusion of being legit. You'd trust a UK company, wouldn't you? Especially one which gives a direct address.

But that address is just an accountancy firm who presumably does the books they are supplied, and may receive post for them.

The director is in the Seychelles; little can be done against them as an individual to prosecute them. They can be struck off from acting as a director, but they'll be someone else in the queue.
