Hi @vorcirion

We sincerely apologise for the late response however we have looked into this issue - our logs state that you have received the email twice, but we are continuing the investigation. We have also responded to you via PM.

We try to respond to queries and resolve any issues as quickly as we can but some days can be busy than others. Buuuut, rest assured that we will not give up on this Baptism

Yeah my e-mail account disagrees with you :p Sent the pic of it to your support. And it's only a minor problem...just wanting that to get fixed.

I made an account to see what kind of slots you have in your casino. But could see only few of them...need to make a deposit before I can see your slot selection?

Hi @vorcirion

Thank you for your kind understanding. We will investigate and get to the root cause of the issue. Fortunately, we can confirm that this issue has been isolated to your account only and we sincerely apologise.

Regarding access to the games, due to new regulations that came in force last week, we need to verify your Midaur account before allowing access to the games lobby.

You can go the verification section of your account where you can upload your ID documentation. Alternatively, you can make a deposit which will trigger an automated 3rd party verification check that we pay for. This service matches your account details with government approved databases. If it checks out, your account is verified instantly.

After following one or the other options you will be granted access to the games lobby.

I hope this helps and wish you a great day ahead.

Isn't it just a case of you needing to block access to the games themselves, until verification is complete?
Casino are going to lose enough business as it is, with the pre-verification. So it seems a little extreme that you'd block potential customers from even seeing if you carry their favourite games, before they verify.
Who's going to go through the verification process before they can even see what games are on offer?

Dear @brianmon

Very good consideration and we have certainly considered this option “restricting all game play before verification”. Let me explain why this is not in compliance with regulation.

SR 3.2.11 Requirement to verify the age of any customer before they can deposit money or gamble, and before they can access any free-to-play games the licensee may make available on its website.

Operators are required to verify the age of customers before they can access free-to-play versions of gambling games, to reduce the risk of children being exposed to products designed to encourage people to gamble.

Now this could be interpreted by stating that you would allow users access to the lobby but restrict free to play and real money gambling, right?

The pain point lies with the presentation of text, banners and images that are considered child-friendly or encourage gambling.

All affiliates and operators are already restricting their (home)pages prior to log-in to a very bland presentation for this reason.

The options are therefore as follows;

1. Remove all banners and thumbnails that “could be considered” child friendly or encourage to gamble from the lobby resulting in a very boring casino for everyone.

OR

2. Restrict lobby access until the age of the user is verified.

We have decided to go for option 2.

Due to your feedback, we have now considered a good 3rd option. We will publish a list of our games in plain text so that everyone can review the games we offer before verifying.

Thank you for your constructive feedback that have made us come up with this solution!

Glad to be of service. That's what the BBF process is all about :)

Oh ya that's some real amazing responsible gaming. Come deposit and get verified the UKGC demands it!!

And why you sending that to Canadians who do not fall under the UKGC?

Shameful.

Geeze - who pissed in your cornflakes? :what:

Anyway, this is not the Bonus Meister :p and that is another thing - what is this obsession with bonuses?? Bonuses - if formulated properly - will ensure a win for the casino, because....the house always wins.

I am glad a number of you can get beyond this and focus on the casino operations and not purely on the bonusing. There is no such thing as a free lunch - and I am grateful that a number of you get that.

Anyway - the BBF period is up today. I am seeing a casino that seems to be very well managed, compliant, and a safe place to play at. What say you? I say "yea" - any naysayers please speak now. Thank you.

Always been a decent outfit, not afraid to do things their way. It's a 'YES!' from me...

The very first post from Midaur is a huge banner for a 300% bonus. The rep has said "bonuses are there to entice new and existing players". So, of course the bonus terms are going to be scrutinised.

The house may always win. But it's about how reasonable they are about it.
I find a casino's bonus terms can be an indicator of just how fair and generous a site might be.

Bonuses are maybe more important than you'd like them to be. But they can sometimes be the only reason why a player might try a different site.

Oh am I supposed to love getting spammed in my email? Am I supposed to love being spammed telling me "hurry come deposit you have 24 hours to deposit and get verified or else your account will be closed"

What is the obsession with bonuses? I dont know, ask the rep.

Hi @BillyBonanza

Can you please elaborate on the 'spamming' issue? If you could PM us with your username or email address, we will be happy to look into this and investigate.

We have also responded to your comment regarding our new verification process which is post #94. Furthermore, we have also explained our new process thoroughly on posts #123 and #127.

Have a great weekend!

Don't be a troll please. The "shameful" remark was a bit over the top - they were requiring all persons to send ID docs. And now you're getting "spammed". Great.

Further - about the obsession with bonuses: here we have seven pages of posts and no one has mentioned anything about payout times and reverse times for withdrawals. I thought that this was important to our members, but apparently not. :what:

These casinos are rated for these times - if no one is making withdrawals and keeping track of their reverse time, I have to go with what the casinos tell me.

The problem is, that if the SUB is so 'anti-player' who's going to be tempted to deposit cash to try them out, in the first place?
All casinos put some hurdles in the way to prevent players cashing out from a bonus, that's understandable.
But Midaur seem to have thrown in every single hurdle they can possibly think of.

If no one's posted about payout times and reverse times etc. Then maybe very few members have been tempted to sign up and play, and of those who have. Maybe they haven't been lucky enough to get to the withdrawal stage.

Why would CM members PAY, with their own money, to properly review sites which come in to the BBF process, when there's nothing much to temp them to do so?

Who said subs are obligatory?? I am sure someone in this thread has actually played at this casino and has cashed out somehow - bonus or no bonus. One reason we have the Meister Minions by the way :p

Yeah, obviously it doesn't have to be with a bonus.
But if a casino has nothing unique about it. Why would anyone want to try them just because they're in the BBF process.
Why make a deposit there, rather than at one of their regular casinos, where they might be already building up loyalty points (Novibet etc), XP (VideoSlots) or receiving 'decent' bonus offers (numerous sites).

P.S. If the minions remark was aimed at me (which I don't mind, in the slightest), since I used to post a lot of data..
At one point, it just became too much work. I was cashing out on almost a daily basis, and to have any kind of accuracy, I was having to constantly check my withdrawals to see when they might have changed from pending to processing to processed to received.
Plus I was mainly posting similar results from the same casinos, time and time again.
And these days, I only play a fraction of what I used to

tbh like paul implied/said, for me at least, I havent even deposited there. I try the SUB at all new casinos. I like the extra playtime. Then I go from there, future deps bonus and bunus free, but I havent made it to the initial 1st deposit.

If the rep could address post 12 - Baptism by Fire - Midaur Casino entering the flames - i couldnt find that passage

if those are the limited list of slots, I'd actually never end up depositing - @MidaurOnlineCasino > is that quote correct? ty

I was more or less joking. :D

It was correct at the time I posted it - cut & pasted from the Mudaur website.
Although they may have changed things now. Since this it what I've found, when looking now....

The bonus is valid for wagering on slot games (excluding Jackpot Games, MicroGaming Games, Extra Chilli, Gifts of Ostara, Honeypot Slots, Golden Spy, Air Fighter, Dream Genie, 300 Shields, Frozen Inferno, Gorilla Go Wild, White Rabbit, Lost Riches of the Amazon, and Dragon Wins) and soft games. Table games, video poker, live casino and virtual sports are excluded from this offer and only 1 bonus per household (address) and/or IP

Seems a bit better. But banning ALL MicroGaming games ??

I registered there last year but never deposited couse of the bad bonus rules. :eek2:

Hope they have changed them now.

Hi @dionysus, @brianmon

We have recently updated a few things on our platform including the games that are valid for wagering on our Welcome Bonus - As stated in the updated Welcome Bonus terms and conditions, "The bonus is valid for wagering on all games presented under the "bonus slot" tab in the casino lobby. The bonus slot offering may change from time to time." We continuously look for improvements that we can make to our casino - adding Microgaming games in the "bonus slot" tab is one of them and we are planning to add this in the near future.

We are aware that we cannot please everyone and with that, we sincerely apologize to those who are not happy with our welcome bonus at the moment. Do note that we also offer new bonuses weekly which include free/bonus spins, lower wagering, lower minimum deposit etc.

As always, we appreciate your feedback.

Have a good weekend all!

Good move, and good to see a casino who are open to suggestions. I hope it increases your sign-up's.

Now all I, and a couple of other posters need to know. Is where to send our invoices for the consultancy fees, lol :D:D:D

this all really seems like a rather large headache just o VIEW the casino.
I'm still looking and don't see a bonus tab in the lobby
I don't even know HOW to view the casino lobby
And registered and just get this >

Capture.JPG

These are the steps I have to take to DECIDE if I want to join, let alone deposit?

please tell me this isn't correct that I have deposit or upload ID just to see the bonus tab and allowed games to determine whether I want to join and/or deposit...by HAVING to join AND uploads docs or deposit....to decide if this is somewhere I want to deposit or upload docs :eek2:
