Dragon Tribe has unfortunately temporarily been taken down. We noticed a bug, and chose to take it down for all clients. We’ve solved the bug, but need to do the administrative work to get it up and running and follow the procedures and change management within the jurisdictions where we’re active. My hope is that it’s up in about a week.

Had a few issues with CasinoCasino and games loading. Issues have been getting more and more frequent.

You forgot the classic that gazumps them all. The fob off to end all fob offs - Have you tried a different device?

Have you tried different device? But to be fair, there really is not much support people can do, is it internal or external issue, it needs some dev peeps to look at, these "clear everything and try XYZ" don't solve most of problems but if they do 2/100, it's still better than nothing, especially if you happen to be one of those 2

I would be more worried if keep getting suggestions to start to touch javascript or java settings, (was once advised to start to enable their site and something else i don't remember, but something i wouldn't recommend all players stat to play with, not L&L support though) where you anyway can fckup your computer if you have no idea you doing.

Get the impression he has a huge pile of work to do and im sure there are more urgent things to tend to than a few errors for one user so i dont mind. I know he will get to me when the dust settles.

The other sites work better so at least i can see the comp through

Dont know if it has been fixed but they had to pull it and do some administrative work on it.

They were hoping to have it up and running soon i think.
