The problem with the cwc group is that if they have problems with your cashouts they simply reverse it back to your account without informing you of the reasons for it. They should take a hint from InetBet who take the trouble to inform you via email on why your cashout cannot be processed and what steps you should take to facilitate your withdrawal. Obviously they know of this problem but they just wont alter this procedure. To me, this smacks of legitimately stalling in the hope of you losing your winnings and then saying 'hey, nobody forced you to play it back'. This is only true if they keep the withdrawal in the cashier like the JC group and not release it back to your playable balance as you would not feel tempted to play. Come on Club World, you know all this yet you still try to find a way to get players to play back their winnings. Gamblers are not a steely bunch and are easily swayed to play back whatever they have in their accounts.

I can't believe they are reversing withdrawals back to account without sending an email explaining why? Are you then able to make the withdrawal again? If so, then something is very wrong. The only reason to return the money to the account is if wagering not met, had this happen once with InetBet because on Manager bonus the wagering (playthough) is not shown.

Have been vip at Club World for 5 years and never experienced this problem, something seems wrong if they are doing this without any explanation.

I will say, once they added all of the additional casinos to their group, the VIP treatment went bye bye. But at least they kept decent bonuses.

The bottom line is, that we, members in the forum, can choose to stand on each others side as customers. Casinos make their living on us. And except from the house edge, we win from each other, not the casino. The casino always gets its house edge. That is built into the software. And we as customers are entitled to be treated honestly and well.

I can make an example. Before I found Casinomeister I played at Cool Cat Casino. Both my withdrawal requests were processed, and I got my money.
So in a narrow way, this is not a rouge casino, if I just look in my own point of view.
I got paid.
After reading here about people that do not have been paid, I stopped depositing there.
Why? Beacause the only way we players can protest together is not depositing at sites that treat people with no respect.
And for me it is not only my money, I got them all, but other poeple beeing bad treated.

What you're saying here is very different to your statement that we should always believe the player and always take their side.

I agree with what you said above for the most part as a result.

The main point of difference between your example of cool cat and your comments about CWC is that cool cat has a long history of just not paying legitimate winnings or taking 6 months to pay, whilst CWC has no such history and, in your case, paid your withdrawal. Your account being closed was within the casinos rights, and as I've mentioned before, we don't know the full story. Could they have handled it better? Probably, but I don't see the huge big deal about a casino deciding they no longer want your custom. It is not a common practice (if these forums are an accurate representation) so it is obviously not a decision taken lightly, and I'm sure there is more to the story.

Your situation is not a legitimate reason to call their reputation into question.

@DG - I am treated well by all the casinos I frequent, and vice versa. The way that some people treat CSRs and casino reps sometimes, as evidenced by emails and chats posted here, I'm not surprised some operators and their staff take exception and are less willing to go the extra mile to help.

I have a problem with casinos that don't process withdrawals on weekends, so I avoid them from Thursday to Saturday. Simple. Players know it takes about 48 hours on average for CWC to process, so if you play late Thursday or on Friday you should know it won't be done until Monday. If you can't leave your withdrawal alone over the weekend, you have a self-discipline problem at best and its nobody else's fault including the casino.

If a cashout has been rejected, there is always a reason in my experience, and the few times its happened to me I've been emailed about it.
 
If one has a history of reversing withdrawals at CWC, they may pull the stunt of throwing back the cash to your account with no reason whatsoever.
And they may try to stall your withdrawal.
I personally know OP and trust his word in this issue as he was asking my help and opinion once going thru the debate with support and CWC cashier.
They should learn from other casinos how to treat customers equally again. They did a few years back...there was no gimmicks back then.

Obviously an accredited casino can not do anything wrong. And the complaining member here is considered lying and hiding facts.

It is degrading to not being believed here at the forum and I can not see the point to

Of course they can speed things up. Unless the unemployment rate is low over there, the cashier should be working on weekends to clear a backlog.

:(I have been waiting almost a month now for my $600 withdrawal. First it was incomplete docs. Once those were done they promised me it would be in my account within 7 working days. That was in the middle of June. I gave them plenty of time. When I asked again this week i was told there was a problem with the wire transfer - that it was returned to them. I was supposed to to ask my bank if they accepted int'l transfers. I know they do because I've done this before with other casinos. I also sent them back an e-mail they had sent to me verifying my routing and account numbers - so everything they had was correct. As they did with others here, they deposited the funds back into my account. Next they said they would send a cashier's check but they needed to verify my name and address (seriously? Like you don't have EVERYTHING you need already???). Now Tom (Casino rep) says a check will be mailed to me. I asked him to let me know when it is mailed and the tracking number. I have not heard back from him yet.

I used this casino because they were rated as a good casino on this site. I'm really disappointed at the run-around I'm getting. I keep trying to find a decent site that allows U.S. Players - anyone have any suggestions?

Have you tried InetBet yet? They send a check overnight express pretty fast.

bjs12258: As we have been discussing via PMs there has indeed been problems with the ACHs we processed around that time. This is not a stalling tactic, but a genuine problem with one of our processors.

I have now resent the funds as a Courier Cheque and the only reason why I asked you to confirm your address was to ensure there were no further problems. The cheque has been processed and as soon as the courier service post the tracking number I will send it you (and to be fair you only asked me about the tracking number last night :) )

Three times last night I had to log off and back on because their was a "problem with your last session". Intermittent spin speed at this casino. I sent an email off to CSR who replied their was nothing wrong on their end. Which is total BS. Inetbet is on the same platform and is lightning fast, loading games, clicking back to lobby etc.

I received a payout from Lucky Red last week. But only after two communiques with online chat. My withdrawal sat pending for 5 days before they got to it. My email to the cashier went unanswered. In fact, I received the reply from the cashier just the other day, 5 days after receiving my funds LOL!
 
WOW all the clubworld casinos are doing the same. im waiting my cashout from clubworld, and i have the same situation, first the documents, second the documents too third the documents too lol. When all was ok the next problem was the method...... really hate cwc. this will be my last try here.
