I requested a withdrawal of £3000 via trustly which was the same method of deposit via apple pay.
This has been confirmed/stated by LVBet as processed on the 8th of April yet its now almost a month later and ive still not received the funds.
They appear to have been helpful, providing me a document from their payment provider and a screen shot from mastercard which is supposed to prove that the payment has been processed. Im not a banker, i dont know what im looking at.
They have also provided me with an ARN number that they tell me my bank ought to be able to use to trace the money yet several 30minute plus conversations with my bank have all stated they dont ise ARN numbers?
Im at a total loss as to what to do.
LVBet say to chase my bank, my bank (natwest) say to chase LVBet.
Has anyone had issues withdrawing back through applepay? Another twist to this is that when you use applepay, your device has an account number relating to the debit/credit card. So it has actually been withdrawn to my device number-the same as my deposit.
Not sure what to do.
Any advice?
Regards
