tried out lucky vegas and made 3 deposits over 8 days total 450 and as games were played i decided to check rtp on some games i was playing and its 91.5%. then decided thats going to be my last deposit of 200, but whilst playing book of oz the game was stopped and message comes up need to supply info go to chat. with 137 .00 still in account. chat does not work and cannot find anywhere another method of contact. and rep was last on in april 2022. anyone help.
