Hello

I have a problem with Lucky Nugget casino, PLEASE help

On 18.05.2012 I deposited 200e, claimed a 100% up to 200e bonus reload. I finished the wagering requirments of the bonus (respecting the all T&C) with 3500e balance. I requested a withdrawal of 2000e and after 1-2 days my account was locked without a reason and I didn't received the withdrawal request. I contacted Live support several times and they informed me each time, that the Security Team will contact me in 24h-48h for a feedback. 11 days passed since my account was locked and still no answer, still no payment.
