Slow Pay Lucky Live Casino

    I placed 100 euros into a new account with this casino on the 29/3, and after some play, tried to withdraw my total (which was 120 euros at that point).
    For my "security" I wasn't allowed to make any withdrawals for 48 hours after the last deposit. Which seemed like a strange security measure - more a measure to try and make people re-gamble the money in their accounts.

    However I waited, and on the 31/3 I withdrew my money. When I click on reports, I can see the following listed :

    31/3/2013 12:42 withdrawal Credit Card (€120.00)

    If I click on the details, I can see it going to the correct card (the same one used in the withdrawal). However no money has been received yet, 18 days later.
    The longest I've waited for a payment from a casino is 5-7 days.

    I tried contacting them through their "support" page, which states it can take upto 2 days to receive a reply. That was 3 days ago, and I've heard nothing back.

    Does anyone have any experience using this casino, and have you had problems with taking money out?

    I just sent the following message.

    "Hi, I still haven't received the money withdrawn on the 31/3, nor had any replies to my original message.

    Can you please confirm that the payout was made, and if it was the transaction ID so I can chase it with my bank.

    Thanks"

    Slightly embarrassing, but they replied back immediately, and upon further investigation I realise I had been checking the wrong account :-\

    The monies came in on the 2/4/14. Can a mod delete this topic please?
