Locowin - delaying payment due to SOW

So i've deposited to this casino many times. Never had any issues.

Until i requested my last withdrawal 5 days ago. Usually takes around 2 days to process a withdrawal.

I played with no bonus attached, and requested a withdrawal of 400 euros.

The day after i requested the above amount, i got a cashdrop of 50 euro.

Managed to win and followed their terms according to max bets, and which games that i can play with a cashdrops(actually no restriction according to chat).

So i requested another 250 euro which was max from the drop (5x the cashdrop amount).

I've been trying to contact them every day about how my withdrawal is going, and today i found out my account wasn't verified. They told me that they hadn't verified my source of wealth yet.

The funny thing is that i did send this one in JUNE! And got a confirmation mail to it... And withdrawn many times after.... I have it stored in my mail to prove it.

Obviously feels like delaying my withdrawal on purpose.

I havn't recieved any information through email & also in chat i get no information. They just say "we are sorry for this & the delay. I have contacted the revelant department to hurry things up".

But i do never get an email.

They owe me 450 euro from a regular deposit which i deposited with no bonus attached & also 250 from the cashdrop.

I have all chat history from the support saved.

Finally got an email:

As we have noticed that previously in the source of wealth form you declared that your income came from gambling, so we kindly ask you to send us the screenshot where we can see your profile information and approved withdrawals in another casino (Non Gammix casinos), along with the bank statements where we can see that you received the money from these winnings.

The bank statement should show your name, account number, all incoming and outgoing transactions, and running bank account balance. The document must be in PDF format

"beacause you didnt provide us with the documents... OMG!!! I sent them 3 months ago and they got accepted.

Now they want new SOW documents and closed my accont and confiscated my winnings.....

Can they require you to update your SOW all the time??

They can do what they please it seems because the regulators who set these things, seemingly couldn’t care less whether the customer has them implemented fairly and correctly or not.

Tired of this...

Now i have to track all my withdrawals from all casinos ive withdrwan from since February. Ive tried many... Dont even remember.

Funny that they waited EXACLTY 10 days with an answer, so they didnt breach their own rule:
4.9. The time for the withdrawal to be finalized may vary due to circumstances but a withdrawal attempt should be approved or denied within 2 days. A player shall be informed about reasons for any delay if the time for the money to arrive at the players account exceeds 10 days.

Sent all banktransactions from Feb to July including corresponding screenshots from all casinos i've withdrawn from.


Feels like i sold myself for only 650 😂😂

If it helps, Rizk asked me for my payslip on Saturday, which I supplied. Now they want a copy of my work contract.

Not sure what that'll prove:-

1) My deposit limit there is £10pcm.
2) The company which pays me is different to that on my contract.
3) Because due to TUPE, I no longer work for the company on my contract (and due to a series of mergers, my salary is paid by an entirely different company name to that of my actual employer, because they still haven't updated the account names.)
4) The employer company named on my contract was dissolved a couple of years back, having existed for a matter of months after only to complete the merger with my current employer.
5) My income is now more than the contract says due to the passage of time, so they'd doubtless query why my income is X paid by Y, whereas my contract says my income is A paid by B.

Arf.

I'll dig it out when I have the energy to go through a stack of paperwork.

These KYC requirements is out of control. I think many casinos abuses these KYC to hold winnings and hoping for players to give up.

Some do - I'll give Rizk their credit, this is not a withdrawal-stopping request. Nothing is pending, nor can I login to the site to deposit until they approve the docs.

If they somehow deny my documents that i've now sent. Can i then decide to close the account & refuse to send more information. And then require a cash out and never comeback?

Or can they claim them forever?

I'm a swedish player.

If you cannot physically do any more to satisfy their requests then you need to make it clear you cannot give anymore information. Then they are bound to two options…pay you or report your account to the relevant authority so they can get authorisation to pay you. What they cannot do is just keep your withdrawal.

If they try to keep your withdrawal then you’re left with more impactful methods like court action as a last resort. Obviously this wouldn’t really be worth it for a small figure.

To be honest, I don’t know why any casino would quibble over 700 euro.

Update.

Having a hard time to get information from them about whats going on. I've provded everything to them. Live chat cant tell me anything.

Also noted that if im logged in at my account and starts the live chat, It takes forever for them to accept the chat. Like 20 minutes.

If i do it without beeing logged in, in icognito mode they accept it almost instantly.

Probably they have put notes on my account "annoying", who knows what ther customer service writes. I know how these systems work, and yes you can put notes on players etc so the next chat opperant knows what previous operators have told before etc.

I've done several SOWS at gamix before. Even at locowin. Took me max 1 day to get it verified.

Now it takes forever, and i get no response what so ever!

At the moment. If you get into the same situatuin. It feels like you're screwed.

Feels like they are about to steel my 650 euro.
