    I took no deposit bonus € 5, successfully complied with the conditions and I turned the balance of 200 euros. Then I sent the documents to verify the account. My account has been successfully verified.
    According to the rules of the casino, I made a minimum deposit of 10 euros with Skrill. And he made cashing in the amount of 210 euros, 200 is the maximum amount for cashing bonus + 10 euros my deposit. I thought it would be all right.     You should not include your personal e-mail in an open forum post. Lots of nut jobs out there. You should attempt to edit and remove it if possible. I did ask a mod to remove it for you.

    You may want to try and e-mail support to see if you can get a clearer answer about what happened since chat was difficult to work with. The front line chat folks work hard but don't always have the best answers or time to give to fully resolve issues.

    I do not quite understand what it means to play in the system, it seems to me stupid! I started playing at a rate of 2.5 euro and the word bonus game Great Blue. And then my balance was a big, then I have successfully fulfilled the conditions of the bonus.

    Assuming you are not part of some group of people going around claiming bonuses under false pretenses and trying to screw over the casino, does anyone else in your home have an account with this casino? Has anyone else played using your computer or are you using a VPN that would hide your location?

    That could be the reason behind them denying your payment. They only allow 1 person per household (Computer, IP Address, physical address) to claim a bonus.

    There part of the mansion group who I believe was not recommend, I no that they do love making phone calls,

    I just looked at there license and see club 777 and casino heaven there,

    I did not no that they belonged to that group? Hope fully KK read this and in light if you any info on this

    Afraid not. As far as I am concerned, the affiliate program is "dodgy" at best, so I have no dealings with them at all.

    On the face of it, this sounds like a whole bunch of Russians trying the same thing at the same casino in a short space of time. These players may or may not be related - they could have all just seen the idea on some "bonus whoring" website.

    There is no way for anyone except the casino to know what the real reason for the confiscation was.
    A Pitch-A-Bitch is probably the only way to get an answer to that - IF they will talk to Max.

    Mansion Casino is on the "No Can Do" list, But Lesbian Casino is not. Sorry - Lesa Casino :p

    several year since i play often to lesacasino ... i have only good word to lescasino and mansion group ... i have several win in the order of hundreds and no one withdraw problem .. the chat give me often bonus when i deposit and is one of the few playtech that i can play progressive slot with bonus..... if the casino don't pay (the player do something wrong or violated some terms for me ) if not collusion with other player i think maybe the player have exceeded the max bet size of 20% bonus (2,5 euro i think i read up) with no deposit or 20% deposit if taken with a bonus otherwise no clues... i think there's a rep for mansion group in casinomeister maybe the player can contact their
