Took them 5 business days to refund me the $20 they too from my bank. They are a busy casino I would imagine.
Yeah well busy or not, they should hire more staff then, So matters can get resolved in a more speedier fashion and they should also have a active rep on CM, it is not very good that their reps are basically absent. I would say that is bordering on breaching their accredited status to be honest with ya.
Their rep were online late last night so they have been here. Did you pm the rep directly? If so you should have got a reply at least.

No. You should be patient. Creating a thread and less than an hour later tagging them asking for them to hurry up is ridiculous. Casino staff arent your butlers. Do you realize that casinos get dozens if not hundreds of issues that need to be fixed? You act like you are the only one with a problem and they should get on it.
I truly hope this is just an online thing with you and you arent the type of person that stands in line to get a coffee and yells at the worker to hurry up.
I can assure you I am not that type of person in person. I do have a kinda impatient persona online though. I fight with it all the time. But it just keeps coming back every-time, I try not to be impatient but I do struggle with it online. But I certainly do not in person though

FWIW, Leo Vegas reps of any description have hardly been very active over the last year, possibly longer.
Lots of unanswered stuff and IMO nowhere near as active as James was at one time (and as they should be, really!)

So just phoned them up, They said it has now in progress and it has been prcoessed and the provider is now in the process of looking into it and ending the game round and sending the result of what it should have paid back to Leovegas so they can credit it for me. So looks like it will not be today. But probably hopefully by the end of the week. I will ring again tomorrow.
