Please do not read on if you don't want to know when you will receive a win or not on certain providers...
So, I would be interested to hear from slot developers why this is actually a thing, I'm not sure it started happening more recently, but several providers have now slot delays which spoils if you are getting a win or not.
Examples:
Hacksaw:
If it dosen't immediatly spin (or stop button dosent appear straight away) you have received a deadspin. If it spins in the reels straight away, you know you have hit a win of some sort. Funny thing/sad thing is, that even if you hit a mini feature and it spun slowly , you know it's a 0x win..
On the other hand, if they spin instantly and you are getting 2 freespins symbols you could potentially know that you win freespins, unless you hit a line win of course..
Quickspin:
Hah, quickspin ironically has the same issue, so it's more like slow spin. If it dosen't almost immediatly (can be a bit slower) it's a deadspin.
Nolimit:
Now they have exactly the same issue as the other two, slow spin = deadspin. BUT to make things even worse, they seem to spoil even if you have an ongoing win. Take Fire in the Hole as an example.
You can there hit a win, TNT and it would spin as normal. HOWEVER, if on the next cascade there is a slight delay you know you have not hit a win/tnt. So really spoilersish and quite frustrating to watch.
Can someone explain, why this is a thing? Why do some slot providers have no delays, while other have it?
