Still not had an email from Leovegas. I will ring them up later :) And still no Leovegas rep has replied to this thread either :(
 
So just phoned them up, They said it has now in progress and it has been prcoessed and the provider is now in the process of looking into it and ending the game round and sending the result of what it should have paid back to Leovegas so they can credit it for me. So looks like it will not be today. But probably hopefully by the end of the week. I will ring again tomorrow.

@L&L-Jan - Well I am on the phone to them again now. They said now that there wont be a ticket number as they deal with the provider direct. She said it is just internal stuff or something? Oh well :( Thanks anyway L&L Jan :)

Yeah well busy or not, they should hire more staff then, So matters can get resolved in a more speedier fashion and they should also have a active rep on CM, it is not very good that their reps are basically absent. I would say that is bordering on breaching their accredited status to be honest with ya.

Their rep were online late last night so they have been here. Did you pm the rep directly? If so you should have got a reply at least.

Nah, I didn't pm the rep this time, thought they should have at least saw the thread themselves without me having to PM them the link to the thread. If they was active, they should make sure to check all sections themselves. Without the need of PM's being sent to be fair, just my opinion anyway :P :)

No, we can't ask them to read the whole forum. You need to send a pm about your issue of course. No one have even linked the rep to this thread, just the rep from BTG.

Well I just looked at the rep list, I can only see 2 reps now? And one is the Leovegas Rep, the other is Leovegas Affiliate Manager rep. I can not find any others?

The Leovegas Rep shows no Activity or last seen info either. The Leovegas affiliate rep one was last seen on 14th? So which are the others? and why if there is any others are they not listed on the rep list pages?

If you go in through the correct tab then you can see when they were last online.

They were online yesterday so they are active, and you didn't bother to PM them, I'm not a big fan of LV but you are being unfair here.

You have the option to turn that off, so no one see when you're online or what you do, but when it comes to reps they can't hide themselves in that place.

No. You should be patient. Creating a thread and less than an hour later tagging them asking for them to hurry up is ridiculous. Casino staff arent your butlers. Do you realize that casinos get dozens if not hundreds of issues that need to be fixed? You act like you are the only one with a problem and they should get on it.

I truly hope this is just an online thing with you and you arent the type of person that stands in line to get a coffee and yells at the worker to hurry up.
 
If you really need to know why I didn't send the rep a PM yesterday was because I have also been having internet issues the last 2 weeks. It keeps going on and off on and off. And my mind is just not concentrating the way it usually does cos I am constantly getting my internet cut on and off. I got lazy so I apologise :P

:) I can assure you I am not that type of person in person. I do have a kinda impatient persona online though. I fight with it all the time. But it just keeps coming back every-time, I try not to be impatient but I do struggle with it online. But I certainly do not in person though :)

Then blames his internet cutting out, for him not thinking properly.

Cannot see any other answers to explain Entitlement or general rudeness to casino staff and others.

His answer is contained in what you have just cited. Not everybody has the tools to express themselves as well as we usually expect. Give the guy a break
