Feedback LeoVegas Casino - Lack Of Loyalty!!!!!

It is roughly lunch time, maybe the rep is asking the woman at the window of the Mc D's drive through to confirm with the chef how long her replacament burger without cheese will actually take.

Or the dreaded ‘park in the grill parking and we will bring it out’

Maybe she’s got blocked in.

Hope this helps :)

Ok thanks, I have now received a response and a £30 bonus. Thanks for this appreciate it. But this alone doesn't end this discussion. Because this will keep happening time and time again and live chat will still say no everytime we ask. And it will result in again we having to revert to CM and reps and yourself to flag our account so it can be looked at by a manager and not standard support staff.

So I really hope that changes are made with CS so that they can actually let CS give bonuses when players are in bad streaks for long periods of time and everytime a player requests the CS say no.

So thanks again Francesca and Sarah.

I for one wish they will not ever give anything out to people that go begging for freebies. While their loyalty programme could definitely use some improvements, there are a lot of people that won't go to chat and beg when they lose, how would it be fair if those people would just get less?

Better loyalty, yes, but do it for everyone not the ones that are vocal.

If you think that it was begging I was doing you couldn't be more wrong. I give reasoning in the below reply to brianmon.

But I will say this. I have been a loyal customer to Leovegas for nearly 2 years. And I have deposited a fortune. My bonus % is like 1% of deposits made. That alone gives you an idea.

So do not jump to conclusions please. I made this thread for everyone to benefit.

And I don't think @Casinomeister looks very favourably on the forum being used to, basically, hold reps to ransom

I can tell you that is not what I was doing. I was trying to make light of the fact that leovegas loyalty lacks. And it is not just for me. I was doing it for us all, so we all get something more when we deposit a lot into a specific casino and get nothing back in the form of being loyal.

I have to say I have never once gone 'begging' for any kind of freebie from any site and I have been on a losing streak for months now :)

I have said it before and I will say it again, you are the most impatient person I have ever come across Dream and maybe a little bit of patience wouldn't go amiss - don't take this the wrong way but if you become that impatient for a response and an opportunity to play, then maybe you should be reviewing your gambling habits.

I love Leo Vegas, as most of my nostalgic slot memories derive from there, probably due to me spending 90% of my gambling days at that God- forsaken site.

It's great that they've given something back to a player, but as mentioned prior, there are many that are just as deserving that do not have the courage to ask, nor should they have to.

I agree that this type of loyalty reward should go without saying, especially to those regular, long- time players. This is not LV's business ethos, unfortunately, so highlighting their inadequacies might make them sit up and take notice, lest they fall behind the likes of Videoslots et al. Bonuses are becoming a thing of the past, and loyalty- type offers is where it's at.

Here's hoping they revamp their approach a tad

Videoslots though seem to be doing OK despite not having a pretty one sided loyalty scheme (ie. if you're winning you get race points/cash back, which you won't get if you are losing)

Probably best to try and define what a good loyalty scheme looks like? Is it points that you trade, is it cash back, is it 50 quid drops when your lucks out....

Loyalty schemes are entirely discretionary - if a casino wants to offer a good service (which LV do), customer consumes and leave it at that then it's their choice (it may lead to lack of retention but that's their prerogative).

I don't see the good, or purpose of, haranguing a casino in public for that business ethos (especially when asking why the rep hasn't replied in 87 or something minutes - not cool). We know they don't offer many cash drops or points, go to one that does.

This is the sort of behavior that scares off reps - when you are using this forum to get perks or bonuses. That's a good way to get yourself banned from here. If everyone did this, Casinomeister would be a ghost town for casino reps. Don't do it. Thank you.

In terms of loyalty, Leovegas definitely can do better.

What safes them is the wide choice of slots available and the pretty fast withdrawals.

Hi zap987,

I would like to put your mind at ease that the account was checked in line with the support routines that all agents follow for all player’s accounts. Everyone is rewarded what is due to them in line with our customer loyalty program and the information available in their player account. This is why these requests need to be answered by a CS agent, since it is only them who have this data available.

I hope this helps clarify any concerns :)

From my point of view as quite a regular player with Leo Vegas i rate them highly and when i lose at their casino or any other casino i certainly do not go looking for a comp.
When your on a long losing run yes it's frustrating as i am also in the losing run club it's best to vent your anger in other ways like myself with my watching Neighbours or Home and Away.

As much as I never go onto chat and ask for bonuses, what you have wrote makes no sense. I have had losses at LV and never been given a bonus like that, why not? Plus, if what you say is true then why was he refused by live chat then given it by someone else? Did the live chat agent not do their job properly?

My guess is that they couldn't resist him since they were called out in here. A one time gift.
He thought he did a good thing so others also could get comp, but it backfired and he now needs to be careful when he asks for anything in here through the reps.

That is what I asked Sarah who was the one that emailed me. her responses were pretty standard and pretty much didn't answer the point I asked her to answer.

But can I also say I am a little impatient yes. But the main reason why I am a bit impatient is because life is short, time is precious. We should make use of every second and minute we have on this earth. So that is the main reason why I come across as impatient. Can I also say my intention was not to actually get a bonus and I am sorry if my posts came across that way. Sorry @Casinomeister (Bryan) as well.

This thread was made because of a lack of loyalty at leovegas. And it was to basically shed some light on this fact and get others inputs as well. Which many members have already done. But now it appears my recent posts have made it appear I used this in the wrong way, but that was not my intention. I was merely frustrated again because live chat just keep refusing when I request something extra. Just because some might not like to ask for a goodwill, does not mean that is *begging* far from it. But when we deposit a lot and are loyal to a casino and get nothing back.

Of course some will get upset and frustrated when we are in a long dry spell. I shouldn't have to say how much I deposit to prove a point but you can put 2 and 2 together how much I deposit because I said I deposited 66 times in 2 months since my last withdrawal.

So getting back to that point made by @colinsunderland this is indeed a true and fair point which needs to be addressed and answers accordingly. I mean I could copy and paste the part of Sarah's email which tried to answer that point. But it wasn't even an answer per se it was more a generic response similar to what is said in the live chat as well.

So yeah it isn't right that live chat always say no and then i reach out via CM to ask why live chat always say no to comps which still has not been answered, then all of a sudden I get a response from Sarah, thanks to Francesca and @LadyJelena for the help that they are then able to credit my account. But that is not what I wanted as an outcome I was wanting answers as to why the live chat say no.

They say no 99% of the time. the only 2 times I got something from live chat was on my birthday and when I reached level 30. That tells you something right there.

I mean look as I said the amount I deposit I think I deserve to be allowed to ask live chat on occasion when I am in a dry spell. Some might not agree well fine so be it. We will agree to disagree on that.

So I now have written an essay response, but I felt I had to to let ya know exactly my thinking and explanations instead of the posts that was trying to attack me. Which I do not mind :) it is understandable.

It goes both ways though. It doesn't instil confidence being told that each customer's offers and loyalty is tied to their details when that's blatantly untrue. Just do away with the entire 'VIP level' when none of it means anything. Freebies and offers are worse than when I first started. Probably because they don't have to fight for my custom I presume

I feel embarrassed for being a Casinomeister member after reading how you have abused the reps from Leovegas because your conduct is a very poor reflection on the vast majority of members of this forum. Not only that but once you bullied Leovegas into providing you with a bonus you then go on to threaten them while suggesting that the thread has the support of Casinomeister members.

I sort of feel like I owe Leovegas an apology!

He thought he did a good thing so others also could get comp, but it backfired and he now needs to be careful when he asks for anything in here through the reps.

That was my guess too, however the rep says different so will await her response with baited breath to find out when all the other customers are going to get bonuses dropped in their accounts :)

I agree they should get rid of the VIP levels too. They do mean nothing apart from when you reach level 30. No fees on withdraws. But to be fair wasn't there a new UKGC rule or UK rule that stopped companies from charging fees?

So if they did scrap fees altogether then that one and only benefit would make the VIP levels pointless. It has already been proven the offers people get are the same offers regardless what level you are.

Who knows if high rollers get better offers or not.

But take for example Videoslots. High rollers still get the same achievements and same min bet freespin achievements as well.

I have always found the vip level at leovegas very very misleading.

Again did you read my response above. That was not what I wanted. I have already explained.

What is the purpose of a casino forum like CM if we can not make threads that hopefully get read by reps and changes can get made? That is the whole reason I made this thread in the first place.
