Ladbrokes won't give the bonus

Hi,

So a few weeks ago ladbrokes had a roulettebonus stating deposit 20, play once through and get 20. So I did, and requested the bonus.
First they claimed that I wasn't eligible for the bonus as it wasn't on my country's page on their website. I found that really weird as the bonus popped up when I logged in the downloadable casino and the actual terms found there did exclude some countries, but not my country.
Well, after complaining about that they agreed to pay. But then again on the next day I got an email stating that I had done "low-risk-wagering". Do you think betting 25x for black is low risk? There's more than 50% chance to lose so not so low-risk for me..

I understand if they consider simultaneous betting on red and black as low-risk, but betting only on black..wtf?

Also some people on another forum said they had played identically and got the bonus.

I've also read that on other forums - some players covering more than 50% of the numbers got the bonus, and some covering less than 50% like you didn't get it.

I'm disappointed that Ladbrokes seem to have messed this one up - they have run quite a few of these "very low risk" bonuses before without having these problems.

I played this one myself and DID get the bonus (though it took them 6 days to pay it).
But I didn't play "low risk"; I covered 18 different numbers, but not all with the same value bets on each.

I also played a special one-off slots promo on the same day - and I'm still waiting for the bonus... :(

Personally I don't make a fuss about it - I'm almost embarrassed at the amount of free cash I get from them already! But if you feel strongly about it all you can do is keep on at them about it.

I again got the classic "you are linked to other accounts" last year. I got my bonus and later they "halfly" admitted they were wrong. It usually takes a bunch of emails to get even small issues sorted.
Write to both Finnish (even worse than the standard) and standard support and you may accidentally get hold of a competent person.

Asked myself after my last issue if the tiny bonuses are worth the hassle? And no was the answer.
