Resolved KingBillyCasino.com - Aggressive address verification request?

Signed up to kingbillycasino.com and won some money, everything generally verified (proof of address utility bill, ID document) - now my withdrawal has been bounced multiple times with the goal posts changing each time.

Their support are now requesting that I submit a selfie outside of my street clearly showing the street sign and face in good detail.
I guess I'm going to have to do this, but is this standard practice at this casino? I have never experienced anything similar. Utility bill, identity and maybe a selfie holding a document is common.

Not what I expected from a seemingly reputable company.

Aye, had many a weird selfie request but never something like that, pretty egregious unless your address is very unusual or begets scrutiny for some reason.

Even if for some reason they don't believe you currently live at the address on your proofs, you could you know, just go to it for the picture 😅

At the end of the day it's dama so if everything is above board on your side you'll get your money and if they continue dragging their feet I've heard they are quite expeditious when it comes to a PAB.

I only have positive things to say about KB.

For whatever reason they don't seem to believe you live at that address. It's a very strange request that doesn't really help prove anything. When you Google your address what comes up? I can understand KB's concerns if its a vacant lot or industrial area.
 
Hey all,
Apologies for the delay here. I wanted to give KB support the time to do their thing (without PAB) despite the request being out of the ordinary. I went ahead and uploaded the selfie as they requested and my cashout was approved and paid within 24 hours, so thanks to the KB team on reviewing everything quickly.

To clarify; I hold a United Kingdom passport, however I live and work in Oslo (and have done so for around a year), so this may have raised flags on their end. However I provided local utility bills, I guess they needed extra evidence. Maybe my situation is unique.

@Lucky Loser standard city address, nothing funny there.
