So, out of the blue I suddenly couldn’t carry on play, that’s fine but the conflicting info around thresholds reached, asking for documents is beyond me, I hadn’t actually lost overall, in fact I’m up… but suddenly this, now it’s bizarre because it contradicts what it now states on their own site. On their site it says verification is required of identity BEFORE you make a deposit and play… I’ve already played and withdrawn and deposited multiple times. It’s very confusing but this lot is too much? I can provide it all but tbh it’s put me off, I see no reason either to send a bank statement
WHAT are the requirements of operators n are they set in stone or open to interpretation and they choose their own thresholds and limits. This lot, is too much and put me off using them again. I wasn’t withdrawing either and I’m now using skrill (and verified) sigh idk but it feels disjointed and invasive. I do understand the ID part but as said their own site clearly states it’s needed at the start. This isn’t posted to knock any operator Im just so muddled with it all. See below

Skrill account; Accepted file is a screenshot of your Skrill account showing your full name and account number / e-mail.
Bank Statement: is a summary of financial transactions processed through a bank account over a specific period of time. Players will be able to get a PDF simply by accessing their online bank sites. Bank statements show the account holder’s name, bank account details, date, and the logo of the bank. It can’t be older than 3 months.
You have the option of uploading these yourself in your profile. If you go your profile page and click on 'Documents' on the left hand side of the page you will have the option to upload.
