Awful casino - boarder line theifs.

i won £600 asked to withdraw fine. i asked them to also self exclude me for 2months as i felt i was gambling too much, and said i used to have a little bit of a problem with gambling 7years ago, their staff told me that is no problem.

next thing i get an email saying we can give you your winnings as you have previously been an addict!!!! which i never said, but they only refunding me my deposits £60.

i have never used that casino before and have never excluded from their casino and no where in thier t and c does it say we will not allow problem gamblers to setup new accounts with them and they offer self exclude periods, so if i had lost lets say £5000 and said please exclude me would they have contacted me and said terrible sorry sir you previouslt have had a problem with gambling so you are now entitle to all your deposits back!!! i dont think so.

so basically when you win and previously a gamble you only get deposits back and when you lose they get to keep you deposits, so in theory impossible to win but good chance you still will lose!

i have made a complaint to thier regulator not sure if that will do any good, why are they all so corrupt and literally can get away with whatever they like, any one got any good ideas on how to get my winnings ?

regards

michael

I also find their press material on what seems a high incidence of big jackpot wins to a Greek player more than a little suspicious. Something not right there.

This casino is not Rogued, so your best chance of a positive outcome is to Pitch-A-Bitch:
Pitch-A-Bitch is CasinoMeister's FREE service to help players with problems at non-rogue casinos.

Normally the first thing to do is contact the casino representative on this forum, but they don't have one, so you should be OK to go to the next stage...

To submit your PAB, click here: Pitch-A-Bitch
Be sure to read ALL the terms for submitting a PAB, including the Frequently Asked Questions here: PAB FAQs

Good luck!

It is a problem players encounter if they are TOO honest with a casino. It is best not to elaborate on such a request, and also wait until the money actually gets paid and received before requesting anything like an account closure.

It seems many casinos consider a request to close an account as an implied admission that the player has a gambling problem, so no need to make it worse and TELL them you think you might be on that slippery slope if you have just had a nice win, and just want to have some way of blocking the urge to play it all back, which is the reason many players close accounts, or ask for short term exclusion.

I NEVER formally request an account to be closed just because I have decided to uninstall a casino and not go back for the forseeable future. I have loads of dormant accounts, and this at least leaves me free to return should they offer something that makes it worth the effort.

Many players have fallen foul of the industry's somewhat over cautious attitude to getting saddled with a problem gambler who wants their money back and will generate bad publicity pursuing it.

Had you just waited till they paid, and gave them the exact same request, they would NOT have been able to get the money back, and they would have just done what you wanted, which was to close your account. They will also have added your name to a problem gambler blacklist, which could lead to other casinos finding out about it, and possibly refusing registration, or even confiscating winnings upon the next withdrawal.

Follow KKs advice and PAB. Thats the best option, much better than Curacao(?).

I also find their press material on what seems a high incidence of big jackpot wins to a Greek player more than a little suspicious. Something not right there.

Could be a house player? Similar to playing for free.
Or a high roller that has in the end managed to lose much more than the reported wins.

Thanks for advice I will do,

But like I said let's say 7 years ago I lost 5000 and then email king solomon ad said I had a gambling problem would they have given me my money back??? I guessing no so like I said if you win they only refund your deposits and if you lose they keep them.!!! Ridiculous really so corrupt!

@mike1123452001: PAB received, but there are errors in it so you'll have to correct those before I can proceed (check your email for details). Please read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ asap. Please stop posting on our forums about this issue until the PAB has run it's course. Thank you for your cooperation.

Never had any issue with them but the way OP was treated sounds harsh.
Would be nice to get KS casino rep to post here about the decision made.

Non Payment

Why dont we wait for King Solomons to respond before passing judgement on them.

Seems to me that theyve been around for 12+ years and in that time have never been rogued .

I also find their press material on what seems a high incidence of big jackpot wins to a Greek player more than a little suspicious. Something not right there.

Their payout ratios are also verified by TST and as i have previously worked for them , i can well believe their payouts to Greek players - they are one of the largest online casinos in Greece and have been for years.

I am sure if they have a reason they will take the time to announce it.

Casino would not pay winnings even though in their t and cs they are not allowed to do what they are doing. I have done PAB and max has not got back to me even though emailed him several time with no reply king Solomon told me they replied to max two weeks ago!!!

So I will take it into my own hands out of principle these casinos think they can do what they like!!

I have issued a court summons against them and have brought a website . Www.corruptcasinos.com
And guess who is first on it !! You guess it king Solomon! And also had problems with intercasino recently who I may also put on their!

And you are taking this as gospel, from a casino that has no intentions of paying you? Before you shoot yourself in the foot, did you check with Max to see if this is correct? You know Max is human too, and does have a life outside of Casinomeister land, cut him some slack.

Your link doesn't work.

Website doesn't exist - you are bluffing?

If it DID exist, you would need evidence to demonstrate that anything you put on it was true, or at least "fair comment", else the casino operator could counter sue you for libel. You could then not only lose this case, but your own as well. On top of this, if you lie in court you could face charges of perjury, and suffer the same fate as Lord Archer did when he lied in court in order to win damages over a newspaper article.

Your PAB is now likely (well, almost certain in fact) to be discarded as not only have you posted about it again, but you have threatened the casino by claiming to have set up this website.

This post will be seen as a last ditch attempt to blackmail the casino into paying up. I can't believe that a little self exclusion 7 years ago is the REAL and ONLY reason for their action, and the initial response from CS seems to confirm that in isolation, they would NOT have a problem given that you have waited 7 years since.

Maybe you have more current records of playing this "addict" card at other operators in order to have losses refunded, and King Solomon's has discovered this, and has decided that if you feel your losses should be refunded, so should theirs.

Had you NOT made this threat post today, you would probably be seen still as a victim of the chaotic manner in which declarations of "problems" or "addiction" are treated by operators who are having to be careful to avoid being accused of preying on addicted players in order to make a profit.

I have done PAB and max has not got back to me even though emailed him several time with no reply king Solomon told me they replied to max two weeks ago!!!

Your statement that "max has not got back to me" is completely false. I have a trace of our email exchanges if you'd like me to publish that here. Furthermore I told you more than once that I get in touch with you when there are developments in your case that we need to discuss. Since the casino and I have been exchanging emails as we narrow in on the central issue of your complaint those "developments" are, or were, a work in progress. In particular the casino has provided evidence that a number of your claims in the PAB are blatantly false and are in fact completely contradicted by the transcripts of your discussions with the casino.

But whatever, you've totally ignored the guidance given to you in the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ, you've lied on a number of occasions, and you've stated that you're taking matters into your own hands, including threats and blackmail. Good luck with that but you'll have to find somewhere else to do it since your Casinomeister account is now suspended for PAB fraud and Forum Rules violations. PAB closed.
