    :)Hi All, I just wanted to give credit where credits due. I have been playing alot lately at The Palace Group, playing here and there at Spin Palace, Mummys gold and Ruby Fortune. I have made (for the most part) just some small deposits and ended up winning twice. I absolutely am hooked on The Palace Group slot. I just wanted to say (and not just because I've won) the service has been impeccable. I received two cheques, the first regular mail, and the second courier. The first only took 3 days, and the second 1 1/2 days. No problems whatsoever. No hype. No confusion. No endless sending of ID etc. They responded so quickly, I was in awe. And, the operators were of tremendous help with support etc. I ran into some problems with my computer and they helped get me back up and spinning again right away. I just wanted to give Kudos to The Palace Group. So often we run into problems and I think it's nice to let others know when you get a decent experience.     I don't always agree with everyones posts and views but any feedback is good feedback..

    i played for a few years at the palace group.i won alot of money there of coarse i gave it back lol. their customer service gets an a + fast pay outs i never had a problem with this casino group very professional!!! im in the us so i cant play any longer there .

    Hmmm interesting. How do you know it's bad if you never play...? :p

    For me this group gets a big :thumbsup:. I too have never had any problems there. Frequent decent bonuses (which is the only time I deposit) I've won some & lost some but never had any issues and payouts are always quick.
