That has rogue written all over it.

However, at present your friend stands to be $30 UP if he keeps his head down and just goes along with the BS till he gets the money.

Have him tell the casino he will play on the remaining $20 once he gets the $50, and is prepared to become a loyal depositing player if things go to plan. I am a big fan of NetEnt and I haven`t seen this casino on any NetEnt list.

Legality aside, NetEnt does not accept US players and I am sure the casino knows that.
If they are allowing US players to register, deposit and play for real,
they knowingly breach their software providers rules and thus cannot be trusted.

Let`s wait and see how the other complaint gets resolved.
