Hey guys, one of my friend in skype take their 5$ no deposit offer, casino juegaocho.com , he clear no deposit, max. cashout 50$. They request verification deposit of 20$, he deposit and request withdrawal. Withdrawal was requested on february 18, his documents approved, everything nice. But still he have not received, live chat every day told you got money tommorow, sorry. Also they will cashout only 50$, and left 20$ as ' guarantee that he will play on casino'. someone here something about this casino? Did CM accept PAB for this casino?

That has rogue written all over it.

However, at present your friend stands to be $30 UP if he keeps his head down and just goes along with the BS till he gets the money.

Have him tell the casino he will play on the remaining $20 once he gets the $50, and is prepared to become a loyal depositing player if things go to plan. Have him ask pertinent questions about benefits for regular deposits, how often documents might be requested and what, future payment timescales for payment, etc.

If he gets paid, the choice is whether to try win more on the $20, or attempt to withdraw it too as a means to ensure he can be confident that the casino is genuine.

At present, it looks like a case of "run!", as no reputable casino would misappropriate a verification deposit like this, the norm being to return it along with the allowable max cashout to show the player that the casino is legit, and worth considering as a regular venue.

There is the distinct possibilty that it is all BS, and that the casino is going to stall paying out the $50 in the hope that they can get your friend to play it all back, along with the $20 verification deposit.

Few minutes ago player from Sweden PM me, and he has problem too, they told play more. Is this any way to kill this fucking bastards? They use netent games but i am sure its stolen games...

I'm surprised after being a member so long you didn't post here first to get some feedback.

With all the great netents on the accredited list, why take a chance with some other place nobody has heard of? Was it the bonus? Dodgy operators use succulent boni to suck players in and rip them off.

I did ask for advice since he was the starter of this thread thats all..I know some misunderstandings can happens both from players and casinos.

Did send them one last e-mail to explain everything ( the e-mail I got had some error both in text and other ) my balance is not voided or locked.

Oh come on Nifty. Both you and I are thick-skinned and post without pondering. Bozzon may have been here since 2005 but he could well be the bashful type and refrain from posting much lest it leads to confrontation. That said, its not worth taking a chance with an unknown that in general netent casinos have carved themselves a good reputation.

It says, concerning jurisdiction of the player, "Operator is not responsible should illegal playing take place. Legality is always checked upon request of withdrawal." Would NetEnt allow one of their casinos to operate this way?
 
Two days ago i shoot email to netent with link to this casino juarahjhfjdsahfjas stole their games, no any responce from them. Really, i am sure they do not care.
 
A long time ago, I signed up with my first NetEnt casino. Bingo somethingorother, they were not accredited here, but did have a presence. They folded with a graceful exit as far as I now, and I lamented their passage. There were some dodgy NetEnts back then. There are some not dodgy now.

I think juegooho means 8 play? But is does seem to mean english speaking markets is maybe their not first market.

I cant' see that holding a confirmation deposit hostage is anything but rogue though.

It's in Spanish and it means "Play eight". Don't ask me why 8 and not 7 or 9.
 
An update according to my wtihdrawal of 3200 Euro.

I've got an answer from admin, and he's asking for my Skrill email-adress, and my skrill ID.

So seems like they're working on it.

1 thing that made me a little more "safe" on this casino, is that they have a pretty big facebook group, with about 2k likes.

I am a big fan of NetEnt and I haven`t seen this casino on any NetEnt list.

Legality aside, NetEnt does not accept US players and I am sure the casino knows that.
If they are allowing US players to register, deposit and play for real,
they knowingly breach their software providers rules and thus cannot be trusted.

Let`s wait and see how the other complaint gets resolved.
