Hi everyone!

This is posted on behalf on my mum

I played at Juega Ocho for the last 2days. Started with a 5euro bonus. I won 600euros and then deposited 25euros and received a match bonus. I carried on playing and finally last night withdrew 401euros. Now I spoke to customer support and asked if I have an issue with my withdrawal and was told no i had met all requirements. I have since received an email stating that There was a 50euro max payout on the 5 bonus thats all they will pay. Or they can put it back into my account but whatever I win they will take 551 from because My balance was 600euro at the time of my deposit. I dont think this is right. Please can someone help!

Thanks

Louise and carole

Most free chips, and especially introductory ones, do have a max cashout, and I'm sure it was in the rules somewhere.

I think their offer to pay you for the freechip anyway is pretty generous. They probably shouldn't have allowed you to make a deposit and take a bonus while that chip was active.

But if you think about it, you won $50, not $600. Then you deposited $25 (plus whatever the match was), and ended up down $225, not your $50 winnings plus $25.

If you take the offer to be paid the $50, you are up $25. As it stands now, you would have to win another $200 to do that well if you take the offer to reinstate your balance.

I think that I would take the $50 payout, and consider that Juego Ocho treated you quite fairly. It really is more than they have to do for you, and a better option than trying to win $200 more with your $401 balance to achieve the same result.

Next time, make sure you read and understand terms to avoid disappointment.

I did read it but after I received the match bonus and played that through also. It also states on their T&C that any money after the deposit is real monies. (during this time I had got up to a thousand x2 over)

I didnt request any withdrawal until I had played through both bonuses+deposit. I could understand if there was a limit of withdrawal without a deposit but to only release 50euros after a 25euro deposit?? it seems like a scam or a joke.

Sorry just to add even if I make another deposit and get up 2 say 4000 then they will still take 551euro?

It's there, but seems very complicated.

The problem is that they REQUIRE a deposit before paying out the max of €50, and they will add the first deposit bonus to this deposit and require some further wagering. They then have a complex formula for unpicking this mess.

It's a problem of their own making. They should remove the free chip balance completely, and set aside the €50 max and have the player deposit on a zero balance, receive the first deposit bonus, and then attempt WR.

Alternatively, they could do it the usual way, have the player make a token verification deposit and then immediately withdraw it with the max €50 attached, and THEN let the player continue with the first and second deposit offers once the registration bonus has been cleared out of the way.

The muddled and retrospective way they deal with it now makes them look bad, even though the end result is the same.

They seem to have other no deposit boni on offer, so this complication could arise at other times if max cashouts also apply to these.

It would seem to be easier to decline the free €5 and just go for the deposit boni.

Thanks for the reply, We ended up playing on. The annoying thing is that İ got up to 1000euros twice and thinking that i was able to withdraw it all carried on playing because İ was enjoying yhe games. İ play at around 20casinos plus and have never had any issues. İ always read the T&Cs but as u said they dont read easy! They should be looked into more carefully because if İ can get confused then an new gamers will. x
