Don't know what section of Jenningsbet.com the PAB was regarding. However the casino operates MGS and is eCOGRA accredited.
Given light of Grand Prive stiffing MGS/eCOGRA by doing a fly by nighter to BetOnSoft, the dialog between Max and Jenningsbet.com Management (which ultimately stiffs another online players), I would think that eCOGRA need to be made aware of their approach and non handling of this player issue.
It shouldn't matter what relationship this issue pertains to. If this is the caliber of Management at the helm of Jenningsbet.com they shouldn't be eCOGRA accredited, much less running a MGS casino.
