Had a PAB come in a week or so ago regarding Jenningsbet (jenningsbet.com). When I submitted the issue to them they refused to discuss it. I asked if this was their standing policy or if authorization directly from the player would change anything. We received this from their Support Manager:
So there it is: if you have an issue with Jenningsbet we can't help you.
