Dear all,

Just a quick question. If a jackpot is won on a netent online slot, does anybody know how long it takes netent to confirm the win with the casino so the winnings can be processed?

Thanks

Just over 40000 euros I rang mr green straight away as the money went straight into my account I then asked how to withdraw and as it's going back to my debit card had to do 4 withdrawals of 10 thousand. They have been pending since Monday evening all emails I have and chats have all congratulated me on my winnings I'm just getting a bit concerned now. The jackpot after I won went down on the game.

Well done! Netent won't mess you about. Mr. Green aren't the fastest but they will have to verify it which can take a few days to a week for Netent to confirm it. Don't worry, you'll be paid. Spend it in your head when it's in your bank not before! I am surprised that Mr. Green are doing a 'Playtech' on you here (paying in instalments what they receive from Netent in one go) although I suspect their 10k per w/d terms WON'T apply to a jackpot and you may find they pay you in one hit.

I think what's happened is you've seen it straight in your balance, and excitedly jumped the gun and made an immediate w/d whereby you should find they cancel this 10k w/d and send it all at once when confirmed. Check your terms.

Thank you!!! I did try to withdraw the full 40 thousand and it wouldn't let me so while I was on the phone to Jeremy from mr green he advised to try 10 thousand then that went through. 4 times but I have been charged for making subsequent withdrawals lol. I think it's because it is going back to a debit card and each withdrawal is 10 thousand limit so I'm told. I'm not spending a penny yet! It's totally life changing for me this and my young daughter. Was just getting worried as when I've rung up customer service they just keep saying payments are very busy. Then today they've said they have to wait for confirmation from netent. Also the fact it's just still sat pending is worrying me. Perhaps I'm just worrying too much I'll just feel better when I know they have managed to process it.

Hi again Zoe, so you are still in Portugal and got finally verified at Mr. Green? ;)

And now a massive win..congrats!

10K is the max. you can withdraw at once at many casinos. Normally the first one is free and the subsequent ones they charge you a fee.

Mr. Green has been slow recently, but i am sure you will get paid.

And mr green have all said the same and been very nice about it all. I'm all fully verified as they have said. Just I have to be patient. It's very hard though for that kind of money to be patient lol

You can drop Patryk a PM, although he wasn't online since Monday evening but he will get a message that he has a new PM in his Inbox.

Tell me about waiting, i am also one of the impatient ones when it comes to withdrawals :D

Hi Harry!! Yes, I had another job post here so will be staying till August I explained all to mr green and had to send new proof of address for Portugal and they have been fine even had a little win last week. Which went in after 3 days. They just opened my original account as it was opened in Portugal in first place. They must be very busy at the minute as I've seen a thread for earlier in the week about slow payment. Would of just thought netent would of confirmed by now if not straight away.

There's no reason they can't send the whole 40k at once TBH. DON'T reverse any, if necessary take-a-break for a few days and communicate by phone during. :)

Congrats on your win!

This should definitely be considered as one transaction.
I would ask for any fees to be refunded.
