Thank you Colin!! To be honest I've had to wait these past couple of weeks for smaller withdrawals 420 and a 250 I did have a few problems with verification for the first one which was understandable as I live in uk but work in Portugal but after all that has been sorted, this one should of been done ASAP. I have an awful feeling that netent confirmed this win straight away I do hope I'm wrong but after being messed about like this it has really taken the shine off the win. It was only when I said I would contact netent myself did they do this
