Jackpot factory group no longer flush withdrawls

Yeah that's how GNUF/Betway work too, basically if you make a withdrawal on a Wednesday evening, it's going to be the following Monday before it gets processed, as the 48 hours pending sees you into the weekend, the weekend simply 'doesn't count' and then the 48 hours resume sometime overnight on the Sunday to Monday.

It's very easy to be waiting the best part of five days for a withdrawal at a casino with a 48 hour pending period.

Are they part of SpinPalace ? they are 48 hrs now as well.......when they changed way back I stopped playing there as well........since then I get tons of match bonus offers but i never take them.....

Yes! They haven't said it, but we have known this a couple of months.

...when you make a withdrawl on Thursday, it will remain in pending period until the weekend has ended...

We're here for you around the clock.

Erm...you're not though really are you ;)

I've noticed there are cultural differences when it comes to reverse times and cashout speeds. Casinos operated out of Israel (where Jackpot Factory are) generally have longer reverse times and consequently, slower cashouts. Those operated from UK jurisdictions are generally more flexible, will flush or shorten reverse times, while those operating from South Africa fall somewhere inbetween.

The reason for mentioning this is that I disagree with that those people who think JF's "industry standard" will extend to all casinos over time but I think JF are partially right in saying that when you compare them to other casinos operated from within their territory. Although that won't suit some players, casinos that cashout slow can probably retain players through higher bonuses. The bottom line is I think a player will probably continue to have a choice.

And let's not forget a casino is a business. Some put financial considerations first, others put customer considerations first. Both probably work if managed right. Depends on the customers ;)

Well its been 48 hrs today, contacted jackpotfactory VIP and they replied back, another disappointment.

Withdrawals are processed Monday through Friday, following a 48 hour pending state. When you make a withdrawl on Thursday, it will remain in pending period until the weekend has ended. If you require addittional assistance, please reply to this email.

At their swedish page they still have 24 hour pending period.

Old / Expired Link

There is a standard pending period at all 32Red properties - You can however contact CS and ask them to change this to a timeframe suitable to you.

I changed mine to 4 hours and they flush on request irrelevant of the pending period.

Nate

Well, logged into Nedplay a few hours ago and the first w/d is already 'work in progress' literally 24 hours to the minute since I activated it, so there's my/our answer - Nedplay is similar to Dash it seems, 24h plus they process at weekends. Had it not been for Her Majesty, I would assume this w/d would be in my a/c Tuesday AM like the Dash one, so I guess Thursday now.

Yes higher bonuses, less tight games, etc..
Reading all the comments on this forum I can't help but think everyone thinks the only reason Casinos change this policy is to take advantage of players..
That kind of reasoning makes me very sad..
These are accredited/reputable casinos we're talking about not some lowlife rogue ones.

Please tell me what is meant by Flushing

I dont want to feel dumb am new here and would like to know what you mean by flushing. Havent heard of it because I didnt . Been playing online alittle over the past few years but until I joined this site and found so many of you knowledgeable about online more than I . Would like to get info from you when I need help with these things. Once again forgive me not knowing but I have found this site to be a great dictionary of experiences of so many of you and learning what to do and not to do from well experienced people has been a thing i really appreciate. I can watch someone take something apart and put back together and then can do it. On here I cant do that I rely on you and your experience. Thank you JIM

flush a withdrawal, so you can't reverse it. you can ask support to do so, at some casinos.

thanks for info

Now knowing i did reverse 2 at Slots Plus so i know they didnt do that still have 4 on withdrawl list. I know they want you to use them up. But I am hoping that they send me the money they said they were in the process. So we will see. Appreciate your insight

No they don't have it. And you have to ask for it when they do.
Anyhow.. These are Non-U.S. casinos we are talking about.. whole different ball game.

Best to take your losses for now, I mean after the big wins, the money you reversed and lost back. Try to get it out of your mind - the pending withdrawal. Whatever it takes.. uninstall the casino software for instance. Cause else you're bound to lose it all back.. and believe me that hurts. Reason I quit gambling all together - I'm a sucker for reversals.

But kinda OT I'd rather feel like crap and lose it all back than not win at all.

Jackpot Factory Question

I was able early Thursday morning to cash put some at JF, and was told yesterday that it would be Monday before it processed and a check would be sent out. So I thought I would just deposit a little more bc I was not going to touch the wd. Anyway, you can't, you either reverse or wait until the wd is processed. Am I the only one that thinks this is CRAZY on the casino's part? I like playing there and since I did win something, I wanted to give them more business however I was determined not to touch the wd.....so I went and played with another casino. It is like losing business and I don't understand that  Why do they do that? Back in the day when US players could play MG, my favorite place was RiverBelle. When I won, I cashed out and could immediately deposit again, and use a coupon if I wanted to. Boy have things changed!!

Have a great weekend- We're here for you around the clock.

I had no problem up till a week ago, but some of you say this started a year ago, to me there playing with there cutomers.
Sofia .......seems every e-mail I get back is from Sofia what she works there 24/7 cant wait to get my money and unless they change I will not be back.

So, even VIPs have to wait the full 48 hours now:eek:

This is a more dramatic and negative change than I thought. Even Casino Rewards will flush for a VIP!

Anyway, you can't, you either reverse or wait until the wd is processed. ...Why do they do that?

To save on processing costs which apply to both deposits and withdrawals and can be fairly hefty these days. Some smaller players that deposit and withdraw often are actually loss-leaders for a casino oddly, even if they lose.

I always wondered if that was false economy though as, like you, the player just downloads another casino to fill the void. Why would you want your players crossing to your competitors, especially if they turn out to be better?

But like you the only option I had was to either reverse the withdrawal or do nothing, I couldn't deposit 'on top of' the pending withdrawal (and I wouldn't have done anyway TBH). I suspect if I'd have contacted support they'd have applied the bonus offer to the reverse withdrawal, but by then I was so fed up with them I just deposited at 3Dice instead and sat out the withdrawal period at GNUF.

LOL... had nearly exactly the same experience with GNUF myself a long time ago except within those 5 (was 3 then at w/ends) days I went back and reversed, lost it and closed the account. Still, my loss was minor compared to theirs :D

EDIT: Ooh..quoted you before you posted!! LOL

I couldn't agree more, it's entirely self-defeating IMO.

In fact, the answer to most casino problems is to play at 3Dice, since they do everything right. (I realise their games aren't everyone's cup of tea, and sometimes I do fancy a change for some MG or Jackpot Party, but at the end of the day all random games are just massive dice rolling simulators, so you may as well play the dice rolling simulator at the casino that looks after its players, including paying in a timely manner!)

I think it's worth adding here that flushing will not make you receive the funds quicker, but simply removes it from pending/reversible. Instead of sitting in your tempting 'reversible' section, it sits out the rest of the reversible period in their system but gets processed the same time it would have anyway.

This is absolutely moronic IMO - it means, as you say, the disciplined player cannot effectively play again until the w/d is processed. On all MGS I've played you can deposit with a w/d reversible, but you will notice that the first page their cashier shows you in banking is the 'reverse' section.

If casinos insist on this stupidity, there are 2 ways around it - firstly, when you w/d make 2 or 3 smaller w/d's separately and make the last say for 50 pounds so you have a 50 deposit effectively ready if you want another go. (Yes, I am aware SOME casinos will lump all 3 w/d's made in the same 12 hours into one bigger one the crafty b*stards) and let the other w/d's ride.
Secondly, check that your casino lets you make a part-reverse WITHOUT starting the whole reversible period again. (I am aware some will only let you reverse all or nothing).

If they are no-no to both scenarios above then I would seriously consider not playing there again.

How can a casino say 48 hours pending time to make a withdraw when in fact theres only 3 days you can Mon. to Wed. and even Wed you may not gey paid till Monday if you make a withdrawal late in the day.
To me this is very miss leading to players and I think a casino shouldn't be accredit for this reason.........If it says 48 hours then it should be 48 hours not 48 hours but this and that bla bla bla

Well I finally got paid it took 5 days........this is the longest it took from this group for me it was 1000.00 you know how hard it was not to reverse any since last week but I did it and none will go back inti any of the Jackpotfactory group.
I sent them telling them I will no longer play at there group unless they can explaine to me why the new changes, and prove to me and other players that 48hrs is the new industry standerds the reason they gave me before. Plus I said more words but all in a nice way.
Well I guess they dont care as I never heard back and its been almost 2 days and I have always got a reply back within a few hrs in the past.
Well I got my 1000.00 and Its not going back into there pockets.

Correct me wrong but it seems a rep for Jackpot Factory hasnt been online for sometime.

Just an update on Alljackpots casino, they do flush again :) withdrew $500 Friday morning around 2 am asked them to flush it and so they did
got paid 13 hours later :)
I had not been around Alljackpots for a while because of there no flushing but got a call from support Thursday morning, and he asked me why i havent been around so i told him he assured me they do flush now from Mon-Fri but not on weekends ? he offers me 100% welcome back bonus so the 500 withdrawn was from a 50 deposit , Im sure they were losing players because of this so had to take it up again :)

You would think they would contact there players(mostly the ones they lost over this) and let them know there back to flushing again. What about there 48 hr pending withdrawl time? I wonder if they changed it back to 24hrs as on casinomeister they still have it down as 24 hrs and should they even be accredit they havnt had a rep. on casinomeister since April, correct me if im wrong on this.
Anyways they have left a very bad reputation with me so it will be along time before I play there if every again.

hi all

why do we have these comments nearly all the time about casinos and there processing costs,

would these not be the same processing costs that all the banks were using for the excuse of charging you £25 To £30 pound

to wait for it ( push a button ), you can be pretty sure all the casinos are using the most up to date software so your all logged

and numbered so when you win its type in your name/type in amount / push button ,processing cost lets be generous £0.75p,

dave

I contacted JackpotFactory again and yes they flush Mon-Fri but only for VIPS and standered withdrawl time is 48hrs

They DON'T flush apparently and it's 48 pending period

Not happy I though they were doing this again flushing and 24 hour payment.

Even though former VIP nothing they will do. Got this reply just sent on apart from that nice 400$ withdrawal

Congratulations on your winnings! Currently your $400.15 withdrawal is in the 48 hour pending period. We can no longer flush withdrawals but once it leaves the pending period it should reach the financial department for processing. It is possible they may request documents. If so they will send you an email. For future reference as your accounts no longer have VIP status please send your emails to support@allslotscasino.com. Have a great day.

Reuben
