JC Freebies are ridiculous - they limit what games you can play - the playthoughs are RIDICULOUS, and, they limit what you withdrawal of your ACTUAL own original deposit? WTH is that? Please...no way. I never use them anymore. Never won after months of playing there at high stakes I know - what a fool - took a break for while and came back to give them another chance only because the choices are limited. Getting ready to leave again because it's the same old thing. Not sure how this place could be accredited...never won a random jackpot as to the question posted previously. Won a little bit but it always takes back the little bit it throws at you if your lucky. Barely a kiss on the cheek before they s**** ya in my opinion. Feel like sending my money right to the advertised winner they just had rather than depositing - seems like that's where it's going anyway - if they really exist that is? Nah - I'm not bitter - LOL

This is not a problem at just the JC grp of casinos. I had a similar situation awhiles back
at another accredited casino grp. I know the answer from a few of our members would be
" well just don't accept the freebie"!! Which is obviously correct!! But, if the intent of the
freebie is to retain/reward steady loyal patrons, they gotta remove the max cashout rule on
the coupons. I think this is the most problematic rule that frustrates even the most loyal players,
especially U.S based where deposit/withdrawal options are soooo limited. Heck the WR is so high already and what % of players actually make WR? I've made WR on freebies maybe 3 or 4 out of 30 or so. 10%? I usually just play it down since I have no way of cashing out due to the rules!!! So if the
coupon was intended to put a smile on my face......well " big fail" would be a fair assumption. Heck
if they must raise the WR to do this ,it would be alot better than the present situation. At least there COULD be light at the end of the tunnel. JMO

OMG - YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT - forgot about that one - and probably the most important point. And VIP Platinum - what does that mean at JC - NOTHING! Why do I have a withdrawal limit with the amount I'm depositing as not VIP gold but VIP Platinum? What do you get if you are a VIP Platinum at this casino? Uh, nothing but a withdrawal limit that's the same as if you made your first deposit in the casino...a withdrawal limit and a ridiculous playthrough - NO VIP bonuses except these. I know we shouldn't be b***tching and we should just stop playing here - but come on guys? I gotta get some agreement here? A platinum player at a land casino would be eating caviar out of a ice sculptured animal carved figurine with a no limit cash comp that makes JC comps look as pathetic as they are.

i quit JC a week ago, closed all accounts in that group. freebies has absolutely ridiculous wagering requirements, only 5X cashout and very slim chance to hit anything. occasionally, i would get $20 free with max cashout of 100. cmon in addition, i do not like the idea of combined jackpots in multiple games.
IMHO, inetbet is the only reliable RTG casino out there for US players. it's just very sad that we have no choice, thanks to stupidity of government. i miss microgaming(

I think you missed the point. I think we said there is NO LOYALTY at JC shown for VIP players - and I'm here to tell you that their bonuses for such loyal players are non-existent, that when they do provide them they have ridiculous play through and withdrawal requirements - I'll add to that as a VIP player with a lot of experience to say that JC payouts are also virtually non-existent. So just providing a warning and I'll take the advice from pobeda on inetbet. Thanks Nifty, but I think I've played quite enough and long enough at JC to know what I'm talking about. Moving on - just providing a word of advice for those who are selecting their next place to play! When you have played at such places as 32Red in the past and then play at some place as JC - it's like night and day. The fact that you don't have a choice doesn't stop me from posting my opinion and the facts. Enough said.

I'll ignore the unwarranted aggression in your reply, and ask why do you keep playing there?? It's obviously been that way for some time, so why bitch about it if you keep copping it by choice?

I hear the "we have no choice" argument and it doesn't hold water. You DO have choices, just not as many. You can't play MG and Playtech, OK, but there are plenty of options in the other providers. Some are better than others, and JC have ALWAYS had shitty bonuses so, again, you only have yourself to blame for continuing to accept it.

If its RTG you like, then club world and inetbet are excellent choices with much fairer promotions.

Have hit 2 minors and 2 majors at Grande and Slotastic , JC never seemed to co-operate....lol.

It's not a complaint of the freebie....its exactly that, a freebie. And I have poured enough money into
gambling that I know NO CASINO will HELP me win. But I would like to be able to cash out when I do
win. I personally only play at JC grp of casinos even with all the craziness because I TRUST they will pay. But recieving a freebie without the possibility to cashout is IMO just wrong. I'm pretty sure they
have legit reasons for placing such a max cashout clause, but if they can't distinguish their regular patrons from fly-by bonus seekers, then something wrong.

The more you support the group... the more they will dish out lousy bonuses and absurd WR's on bonuses and free chips.

I think what many people here need to understand is that Jackpot Capital and Slotastic are not what they used to be. I don't know if times are tough but there is ClubWorld, Inet and Sloto who ALL have much better withdrawal times, wagering and free chip conditions.

CluWorld IMPO have the best promotions and wagering. There are hiccups with payments sometimes but they offer a PLATTER compared to the sideplate JPC offers.

For once , I agree with Nifty here Play it or move on Not to say I don't agree with the OP.. The 60x WR on free bonuses are riduculous I play almost exclusively at JCand for those other players at JC, can you please tell me the fascination in "chasing" to get a prize for their monthly tournaments.?
I mean , so you win and get $700( atleast that was the prize months ago when I looked) but you have to play it 60x WR that is $42,000
One thing I object to , is they refer to the prize as "free cash" which is BS. only the comps there is free cash.

Skip the bonus ------- and know that you will get paid. Because you get to cashout the bonus (right?) the WR are very high is what I recall from last bonus.

As far as RTG goes, ClubWorld Group has the best freebies IMO. I cashed out $900 off of a $100 "we miss you" freebie a while back.

But for some reason, only from CW and Lucky Red. I can't remember ever getting a loyaly bonus from Manhattan, Alladin or High Noon. Hmmm....
