ive been accused of having multiple accounts

recentley ecash have introduced that any profit you make on your casino account must be paid by cheque, however in the cashier section its says that if you phone, you can still be paid back to your card, i phoned and was told that i could only have a cheque, "because i was a multiple account holder and that was against ecash policy", i denied this and asked the lady, if she could tell me what the accounts were, she then said "you have an account at uk betting,total betting, the ritz, intercasino.co.uk and littlewoods"

yet, i was still allowed to hold all of the accounts and still collect bonuses on them all.

I hope you mean 'profit from credit card deposits only' will be paid by cheque! (This has long been the case for Mastercard & some Visa providers). If it applied to Neteller as well, it would be a nightmare!

I don't see why having multiple accounts via ecash should have any effect on your casino transactions/bonuses.

I don't understand why they have this rule for debit cards, it is a bit more understandable for credit cards. There are lots of casinos that are able to refund unlimited amounts to debit cards. Boss Media casinos using Webdollar, 32red and Harrods manage to do it even for credit cards.

Not going too far off topic but I use my CC on some sites and they manage to pay the balance back to it regardless whether ive won or lost. However my missus whilst playing the same site (on her own PC!!!) gets a bank draft. (William Hill does this for example) My card starts 5450 hers 5407 but they are both mastercards issued by the same company.
