That's the main thing here - related or not, why do casinos continue to try and hide their relationships when it will eventually come out in the wash? I could go on and on and on and on about all the times the Virtual Group tried to fib their way through their casino "relationships". It's gotten to the point where I won't trust a thing that they say. It's all hooey as far as I'm concerned.

Patience may be a virtue - sure we can wait, but all it takes is a couple of ex-employees to spill the beans. The retention rate for most casino affiliate programs is pretty abysmal - especially with the smaller groups like this one.

But I'll leave it up to the casinos to come up with what they want to say - it's their business, not mine :rolleyes:.
 
Well they DO pay. I hope they don't get thrown under the bus here. They don't seem to be villainous per se. Just not sure of the relationship between them and GVC, which GVC IS villainous. If they are related then why not just clean up GVC to be at least as good as winpalace or slots jungle is? Just clean it up and make them non roguish and nobody would think much ill of this group IMO. They are decent as winpalace/slots jungle, a few tweaks and they could be a nice group to play.
 
Actually the whole thread just shows what any online gaming company has to go through - I am not interested in who owns what, but am shocked that it's deemed "acceptable" as a customer to be extremely rude and abusive.

I think your girlfriend needs to grow up seriously fast and realize that human beings are human being regardless of being Casino Support or Casino Manager. To write such abusive word from the safety of her computer is embarrassing.

In the real world if she had come out with such a tirade then no one would take her seriously regardless of being right or wrong.

Perhaps your halfwitted, public, psychological evaluation is just as embarrassing. if you would like to psychoanalyze her then perhaps I can pm you her email address and you can take that up with her directly rather than cowardly snipe insults at her from behind the security of your own computer. Half witted? I just read what your girlfriend wrote, and yes I find it hard, actually very hard to understand what would prompt a person to write such a tirade of abuse to another human being customer or not. I feel I gave her the benefit of the doubt citing low self esteem.

Perhaps I should have just said - an extremely rude person who enjoys/thinks its big/doesn’t know any better (delete as appropriate) to call people "thieving faggots"

But I can give you the fact that it is inexcusable for those words and those actions. I have already said as much and so have other posters. You just jumped on the pile and threw out insults, which make you no better or even worse.

Now, as far as being angry and you not understanding how anyone could be angry - what if somebody had your money and were playing games with it and not giving it to you? What if they were super pleasant and used the proper words but were still being smarmy and not giving you anything but silly, nonsense answers for days as to why they would not give you your own money?
No matter how polite they are with their words, their actions are that they just screwed you. You can choose to deal with that pleasantly or you can lose your temper, which is what she did. It is no more egregious than what the support staff was doing by being evasive and smarmy to her for a while, the whole time holding her funds back from her. Perhaps she needed those funds for something and it was going to make her unable to pay a bill or purchase something that she planned on. What do you guess? Well it doesnt matter what you guess cuz you just dont know. Your guesses are not doing any good nor are they valid. So why do decide to snipe at her with your vague guesses as to what is going on in her mind? You shouldnt.

So, I understand her anger but I don't condone her choice to explode her anger over the chat with her words.
 
lottethedog does have a point though, you wouldn't believe the abuse that customer service reps have to put up with. There are quite a number of players who are totally abusive. Perhaps that deserves a thread of its own (or perhaps many) sans the personal jabs.
 
I cannot state enough that she was just dead wrong in doing that. Nor should anyone. You are absolutely correct, and she knows it too. She IS embarrassed.

Where the anger comes from is the feeling that nobody really wants to help you and the frustration that comes with it. I would guess that the anger on 90% of the times you may see abusive language is because the customer is not getting an answer that makes sense or is acceptable. I know that I get frustrated when I talk to support about a payment and they quote something against their terms or is not in their terms.

Now, if a support staff notes that they made a mistake or if they are unsure as to what is going on and need to speak with a manager then I would never be angry at them. If they tell me that the casinos policy is "xxxxxx" and I know that it is not in their terms and point it out and they give me a run around or evasive answer - THAT is when the anger starts. I would guess that to be the same with most others here as well but I may be way off.

WHY ARE WITHDRAWALS PAID OUT IN SMALL AMOUNTS AS YOU SEE FIT?

It seems to me these are just slimy tactics to get people to lose back the money. A sure sign of a rogue casino is slow payment of withdrawals. Telling a customer "you will be paid" is not a good withdrawal policy. Yes I can be paid, but a few months doesn't really constitute good business practice. Do I have the option of rescinding my total loses and only giving you $100 a week or how ever much I see fit?

And as far as the relationship between GVC and winpalace, adding to the already mounting evidence, their faxback forms are almost identical. Go to each casinos website to see for yourself.
