Is this the worst customer service ever?

Hi Hobbitt...
Did you ever get anything but grief from BingoIsUs? That place is by far the biggest ripoff (IMO) ever!!! That is personal experience talking too! I personally know MANY who took the short end of the stick from there. From what I see in their chatroom, they don't seem to have much reason to stay open.

I sincerely hope anyone who falls for their affiliate program or is considering joining will search forums and threads about them because they are bad news!

Seriously, this would not have happened if the bingo room had just paid up and stuck to it's rules from the outset. Instead they end up sending so many emails back and forth, wasting both their and, more importantly, the customers time.

Hope you get something from them Hobbitt, and well done to everyone backing him up with emails!

Just reading this would make me send you $5.00 it is pure comic genius. It is so unreal almost that I wish somebody would make a movie out of it, or some book.

Sorry I do feel for you, but when reading this I can not believe a CSR operation would last long. If any online place would deal with customers like that they would be hunted and shot down in 10 minutes or less.

Man I wish it would last longer, I just want to know what 5 year old was replying to you in those emails. No originality just non stop banter, like those viagra emails I get everyday.

I received this one not to long ago
"We will kill your wife, your children and your dog.. just kidding buy Viagra"

So after I bought 10 cases they agreed not to shoot my dog.

Wow, that is just maddness, i actually work fo an online gaming company and can assure you i would be fired on the spot for horrible display of customer service,,, Good luck in getting your winnings, i really dont know how you have kept your cool.

We hope to make some contact with someone from there soon. We have been exchanging emails with another site who is showing some willingness to try to get this settled and have the operators of BingoIsUs pay the people they owe. Will keep updates posted when/if we do finally hear something.

So Sorry for all your troubles. That is why I only play on sites endorsed by casinomeister for casinos. But even that didnt help with riverbelle, oh well. But I can direct you to two really good bingo sites, they are cyberbingo.com and bingofest.net. Both have been great in customer service and payouts to United States players. Even when all the turmoil was going on they got money to their customers, it just took a little longer but never more than 2 weeks at their hardest times. Good Luck in your gaming future.

Have we become so complacement that a 2 week wait for a withdrawal is perfectly acceptable? I guess when contrasted to denials and excuses, it is awesome. Would any site wait 2 weeks ( or longer) for your deposit to be verified? We all have "hard times" dont we? Try explaining that to a casino or a bingo site and having them accept that as a valid excuse why your check bounced, your bankdraft is invalid, your bank account is out of funds, etc. They will slam the door on you as if they were the 3 little piggies and you are the big bad wolf! LOL
Why must a player be so tolerant and generous with their time and money and a site excused for tardiness, glitches, delays, inefficiency and unfriendly tactics? Perhaps it is because the ball is always in their court and we must accept even the most unreasonable discernments to secure withdrawals, keep accounts active and be allowed chat privileges.
Something is askew here!
