Is there anyone out there who can explain the 3dice loyalty program?

I've had the reps explain it to me but it STILL makes no sense.....

So disappointed every time loyalty comes out and it just doesn't make sense. Even had a huge win and still doesn't go up! If anyone can explain it in English I sure would appreciate it.....

I think it does, Becksfun. It's just difficult to admit because it conflicts with the strong attachment that is known to occur with this particular casino.
I played at 3Dice everyday for four years. My account is just recently closed. The issue of loyalty was the main catalyst that lead to a major meltdown in my support and opinion of this casino. It wasn't the only concern I had and it most certainly wasn't the most damning, but my perception was that my loyalty was being mocked. It turns out that this, above everything else, was something I had no further desire to tolerate. It isn't likely that you will get a response to this inquiry here at CM, but my hope is that you do. Regardless, my advise to you (If you have a strong attachment to 3Dice and are going to continue playing there...) is to just accept the situation as it is. Based on my personal experience, it will not change. You know the alternative.

Hi Becksfun,

It is backwards for sure.

It is based on "play time" in real play.

You can deposit till the cows come home, but if you have bad run

after bad run, redeposit and redeposit.... makes no difference.

I think you have to deposit a minimum of $50 a month to stay

a VIP. Other than that, it is based on play time.

In my opinion, when I get my match bonus, I deposit a small amount

because I almost never make wagering. NEVER. I think I did once.

Even though wagering is very reasonable, 10x for my level, the odds

of clearing it are very low. No matter which game I use.

Shoot me a pm if you have other questions you prefer not to ask here.

I am "Lioness" at 3Dice.

You have to mean that it's based on wager and not playtime since people could be playing one spin an hour and earn a lot in loyalty?:p
That is the normal. The more you wager the more comps you get everywhere.
So if you're lucky you will get rewarded more and if you lose you just get an empty wallet.

I'm pretty sure that's what she meant and I'm sure Ness appreciates your clarification:))))))

I'm pretty sure that was what she meant too, and that she knew it, but wrote the wrong word.

You maybe don't understand though that there are many people who reads the threads in here, and many of them are also bad in English, or new when it comes to casinos.
That is the reason for why I clarified it, and you simply have to accept that I sometimes post :)

hmmmmm

Thanks for the responses.

For the record I have talked to support regarding this. Just never got any real clarification and now they just ignore my emails all together which I feel is totally out of line. So basically I'm just looking for other's experiences with loyalty and hoping maybe someone else has a way of explaining it that will make sense. Maybe it's because I'm looking from the outside in I don't know.

I don't think it's that cut and dried. I went from platinum * to gold ** in a matter of a couple months. ND bonuses went from $750 to $50 (after 5 days). Deposited roughly the same amounts and was told it's cause my playthrough was bad. But I've also been told my rtp is high so......I questioned this before because it seemed to me that you were in a sense punished for not hitting anything and that didn't make much sense to me either. After depositing $200 and getting 2 bonus rounds (one after 1044 spins before I got it and won about $4). So I earned my patience not once but twice in the second day of this month's loyalty (too bad you can only earn these rewards once of course).

I've been told so many things about it but it makes no sense and there's no real clarification. I kept that chats with support so I could reread them over again and again and I still just can't grasp it....

Been told it doesn't have anything to do with deposits (which is weird?). You could deposit $10 and make platinum. So if you have a good run it's possible....so how in the world do you hit a huge jackpot and play a bunch back in addition to deposits and not go up in loyalty?

Been told it's based on playthrough BUT....if you (for instance) deposit $50, that it is probable that your playthrough may not even equal your deposited amount. HOW can that be? In my head you obviously "played through" at least the amount you deposited, right? That part is the most confusing of all.

And I would have to agree that once you question it they stop responding and just don't bother with you at all. As someone who deposits alot more than average I just don't understand.

I'm not saying they suck...just saying they sure don't spend any time making you feel very valued or appreciated. I just want to have something explained to me that helps me decide where to play each week and not be treated rudely or as a bother... I sure don't feel that way any other place I play.

Do you play anywhere where you earn loyalty points? It's the exact same thing here except that they don't give out points but instead loyalty bonuses and free chips each month.
It's the exact same thing. The more you wager the more points you earn and the higher level of vip status. It's easy to understand if you see it like that.

Yes, of course I meant actual wagering/spinning/ betting/ whatever!

(Who would spin once an hour?)

I like to think I am pretty clear in my wording..... guess not!

Note: I also double line space.... makes reading easier (In my opinion)

I hope that is ok!

I play at several other places. Seems nothing like 3dice though. I maintain a player level that is maxed out and therefore get certain perks for that. Bonuses on every deposits with playthroughs that are lower and actually are very oftened made. I get weekly bonuses according to my play UNLESS I cashout that week which totally makes sense to me. In addition, I get random bonuses often and most times if I request them after a few deposits with extremely bad play time. Free tournament entries, etc. It's pretty cut and dried everywhere else I play.

Don't get me wrong....I like the games at 3dice and the people are very nice and entertaining for sure. I just was trying to work out this loyalty thing because I can't seem to go up in loyalty again if lose or win so I am just hoping to justify my deposits there as opposed to other places. No biggie.

Ahh...then I understand why it's confusing for you. Many places see that you have potential to play a lot and high and put you in a vip program, where you will stay as long as you're loyal. You're also treated as a vip and get more perks all the time. That's what all high rollers want and I don't blame them.

At 3Dice I believe everyone is treated the same, or as a vip, but the loyalty program is strict after how much you wager. If I remember correct then it's based on a certain period of time, which mean that it can change from one day to another if you haven't wager the same amount constantly.

I guess it is the drastic changes that bother me. I've never played anywhere that doesn't take into account the amount of deposits so I'm not used to that for sure. As a casino I just can't wrap my head around that. But it seems to be working for them! My problem is there is no clear understanding about how the loyalty is figured. I've done both now....played a bunch where i lost a bunch and played a bunch where i won a bunch. Therefore one of those things should have caused a change. That and the whole playthrough "...can be less than the deposits of course". HOW? If I deposit $100 I at least played through that $100 right? To be told that's not true confuses the hell out of me.....

And after playing through thousands in weeks I cannot possibly understand not going up in loyalty. If that's not "loyal" I don't know what is. And I definitely don't feel their loyalty in return. But I understand they have enough players who would/will never question anything and that's cool. They are doing something right.....Kudos to them. Just probably won't be as "loyal" as I have been in the past that's all.

Just like when meeting wagering, some of the games are weighted.

So if you play Video Poker, for example, it will not count the same as slot play.

I don't know if it changed with the change in platform, but the last 10 days used to be the most important, then the previous 20, and the previous month.

You will also drop only one tier at a time I believe, so you might have had a bad run and really deserved to drop 3 levels lets say, but you drop one at a time, with a chance you can regain ground.

The difference with 3Dice and other loyalty programs that are based solely on wagering, is that the sum of accumulated points is the baseline for VIP Level. Once you achieve a certain level, you do not drop for reasons like absence, a run of bad luck, etc. Your VIP is a lifetime score.

A couple examples:

(I don't think this applies to bitcoin casinos, who from my observations, reset the levels each month? Feel free to correct me if I am wrong- I'm not as experienced in these casinos)

Edit: It should also be noted, however, that the loyalty programs mentioned above do not offer extra bonuses like 3Dice does. Loyalty bonuses are sent out on the 1st, 11th and 21st, respectively.
