After using neteller for a year with no problems, I have now had 3 deposits in the past week that have been debited from my account, yet never recieved by the site I was depositing to, at two different casinos. Is something going on?
Also, can someone please explain to me why a casino that withdraws money from my neteller account and does not credit me considers it my responsibity to contact neteller, get the transaction #'s, and then call them back with the numbers (Usually waiting in queue at all points). Both 7Sultans and Intercasino claimed that the missing deposits were "Not their problem", but the problem of a 3rd party cashier. Why do I have to make a distinction between a casino, and the operator they use to get money from me?
All in all, this is doubly frustrating. Not only do I have to deal with the missing deposits, but I also have to deal with customer support representatives that seem to have no concern at all about supporting the customer.
"Could I have a problem # to track this issue with?"
"Nope, but we're right on it"
"Will you notify me when this issue is resolved?"
"No, just check in once a day to see if the deposit went through"
This is a great way to gain the trust of a customer who just made his first deposit to your casino. I'm really tempted to just request a withdrawal for the full amount as soon as it hits my account.
