After using neteller for a year with no problems, I have now had 3 deposits in the past week that have been debited from my account, yet never recieved by the site I was depositing to, at two different casinos. Is something going on?

Also, can someone please explain to me why a casino that withdraws money from my neteller account and does not credit me considers it my responsibity to contact neteller, get the transaction #'s, and then call them back with the numbers (Usually waiting in queue at all points). Both 7Sultans and Intercasino claimed that the missing deposits were "Not their problem", but the problem of a 3rd party cashier. Why do I have to make a distinction between a casino, and the operator they use to get money from me?

All in all, this is doubly frustrating. Not only do I have to deal with the missing deposits, but I also have to deal with customer support representatives that seem to have no concern at all about supporting the customer.

"Could I have a problem # to track this issue with?"
"Nope, but we're right on it"

"Will you notify me when this issue is resolved?"
"No, just check in once a day to see if the deposit went through"

This is a great way to gain the trust of a customer who just made his first deposit to your casino. I'm really tempted to just request a withdrawal for the full amount as soon as it hits my account.

I'm rather surprised by the alleged responses from both groups. Fortune Lounge - which I believe runs 7 Sultans - has always been quite equitable to me, and Intercasino even more so (the latter actually credited my account $75 as a goodwill gesture when there was a hiccup on my computer!).

You might want to ask for a tracking number. You can also escalate the issue with Neteller, and ensure that they look into it. FWIW, the longest this has happened to me was 3 business days - with William Hill, when William Hill and Neteller were going through some computer compatibility issues.

I asked for a tracking # with both sites times and was denied.

I did contact Neteller each time to retrieve the netteller transaction ID, as they were either unable, or more likely, unwilling to do it themselves.

To clarify, the 3rd party Cashier in each case was the company that processes their deposits and withdrawals, in intercasino this was ecash, don't know who does 7Sultans.

Although its irritating, I'm not worried about whether this will get resolved, it will take a few days, but my account at 7sultans will be credited, and I will remove the funds from my account immediately, as the carefree attitude that the CS rep took with regards to my money was inexcusable.

This happened to me just last week when trying to deposit into Vegas Towers. Although CS were very pleasant, I did have to do the legwork myself calling neteller for the # then getting back to live support to give them the info along with deposit date and time.

It was in my account within 5 hours. I was surprised...thought I would have to wait longer. This was the first time it has ever happened to me.

Maybe someone from a casino could tell whether it would be possible for them to get the tracking number at all. I would certainly prefer Neteller not giving out information about my account to anyone else. The indifferent attitude of CS is another matter.

I too, would generally prefer that Netteller maintain the privacy of information in my account, I'm not convinced that this is a case where the privacy is relevant. After all, the casino has my account # and security code, otherwise the transaction would not have been approved by neteller. It seems to me that this information and the merchant's ID would be more than sufficient for them to track down the #'s for a transaction that the casino's systems generated.

I'm certain that if this happened to my benefit (duplicated deposit on merchant site, duplicated withdrawal from merchant site) the casino would have no problem getting the transaction ID's from neteller.
