can someone please tell me where my ip address is found? is it attached to my phone or my computer? i am asking because:

1) can my friend bring his/her laptop to my house to play his/her online casinos/poker sites?

2) if i close my account at a certain casino, can my spouse join that casino without ip address issues. what i mean is will they consider her new account a second account from our house? i closed my account so i would think everything would be okay.....but not sure.

any help would be appreciated. ty

here are my answers
#1 No
#2 contact the casino an ask an make sure if it is thru chat that you copy an paste their answer cause sometimes when you click that send me a transcript of the chat it doesn't go thru
an if he wins big then you will have proof if they say yes

also some casinos if emailed 1st an ask if husband an wife can both have a account at the same casino some allow it some dont but always email 1st an keep a copy if they say yes

Good Luck

Cindy

Yes, that is no problem. As long as you or any other in the house isnt playing at the same sites from your house IP (or used to play). To my knowledge :)

When in doubt, make sure to clarify what you want to do with the casino's customer support beforehand, and get everything in writing. Don't make agreements over the phone.

This same message could have been typed and sent to the Casino you have in mind and you would have received an "official" reply by now. m No one here in this forum including casinomeister can say for sure It depends on the casino.

Some casinos use a lot more than IP addresses for identity related checks, CPU hard drive registration numbers, OS, every single piece of hardware you run, browsers etc, if someone brought a laptop or PC round yours they would not have the same IP address, most IP`s are related to your network connection device ie router, network card etc, say for arguments sake you connect to a broadband modem via an ethernet connection, check your IP address (Start>Run>Type - CMD>) once the CMD prompt window has opened type in ipconfig /all, this will show you your IP address your DNS, default gateway, in fact everything about your net connection, okay now type in ipconfig /release, turn off your broadband modem and unplug your ethernet cable, replace it with a USB cable turn on modem and tada a brand new IP address, when you return to your default connection you will get your original IP address back unless the lease on it has expired.

I have had a few friends play at my house on my computer, their casino accounts. But first we have always contacted live chat, and asked them to call me at home. Next they ask a few questions, and there has never been a issue.
As long as they are not depositing to their accounts with my funds. Even a couple of withdrawals went through no problems.
