Just found this forum. I’ve been gambling for approximately 20 years. I’ve now self excluded myself on all available networks. I am trying to get some of the money I lost back and I hope this forum helps me out.

Ok, so if you are registered with Spelpaus, from the little I know of Spelinspektionen the Swedish regulator, they are very strict in ensuring all operators abide by Spelpaus's self exclusion database. Don't want to give out false hope, but this is likely as to why you have had refunds from several operators already.

Might be so. But they always try to get out of paying somehow. None of my previous refunds were due to spelpaus tho.

Not to be exact, but I have selfexcluded myself numerous times to all the websites that I’ve gambled on. Sometimes there’s been mishaps that has cost me to sign up again, but mostly my sign up attempts of been blocked not from videoslots, though even though these emails provide an insight in how far I went in order to exclude myself from all the gambling affiliated connections with this website
