intercasino login problem?

    keep getting "communication error" message when I try to login...is it me or is there a problem logging in today?

    It seems to have been all Cryptos with a problem. I found Littlewoods unavailable also. I got the message "database unavailable", or something like that, even over several attempts. My connection to the internet was fine.

    It works now, but I find my $15 from the Tour De France promo has not been credited (should have been done yesterday).

    Absolutely NO apology from the casino - pretty poor service, just as I expect from the industry nowdays:mad:

    The last two weeks have seen a record number of technical glitches for me, and some of these are just impossible to resolve because CS are so utterly hopeless.

    One at King Neptunes casino had to be "referred to management", but I then heard nothing back, so expect this was actually "referred to the waste paper basket". This is now a BelleRock casino property, so is not unexpected with them - this would have been handled better under the old management.

    I have already given up with the main 4 BelleRock casinos because of a constant run of technical problems.

    I got the same error and also with playboy casino i left a email msg for them but no response as of yet.

    Due to a temporary problem you may have had difficulty accessing the Casino on Thursday. We would like to apologise to all players who were affected by this and assure you that this minor issue has now been fully resolved."
