I just gotta share it because I sorta don't get how casinos like this aren't in gray zones tbh, so it's my father again waitin on a payout... I share it because we work together and he's updating me about it for half a month or more now...but they pull the ol update your info so that was before Xmas and all that which sure I'll give them a pass, but I had to help update his info which is whatever.
Again after new years it's like ok maybe they're behind I don't know, then earlier this week it gets approved it went thru processing, then they inform him that they can't cover the courier check...like really can't cover a 1400.00 check?
Then they email and say select a new method of payment! Ok so I help him get btc selected. Shouid be off to the races right? Oh no... No they need to do their approval process AGAIN,the one they already did and said they can't cover lmao.
What fn clowns.. I'm sorry but it's so pathetic, like I seen Anna replied and I'm wondering is that Anna from 3 Dice? Maybe not but I notice alot of reps seem to work at multiple casinos and if that is the same Anna she's a sweet girl I dealt with her before but damn like I just find this stuff infuriating to even seen you know? Especially from the reputable casinos that have thumbs up basically.

I'm not out to get any casino and try to make them look bad but I think stuff like that needs to be more accounted for in reviews, that they will absolutely stall the shit out of payments for people.
