    Im trying to make a small withdrawal tonight via paymycard... I noticed that the only ATM card I have used to deposit with and to make withdrawals with has a small x in front of it and its all shaded out in gray?

    The first two visa cards that would work I dont even have anymore and dont have access to anyways... Has anyone else noticed this problem and how to fix it, and of course when I email them and ask why I dont get any response?


    Inetbet why would you shade out the only card I use to make withdrawals with??
    Why dont you remove the ones I dont use??


    I have contacted Emily regarding this matter.

    Finally got an answer from support, Brian said to uninstall the re-install maybe a software issue...


    Did that and no luck same problem, he says my card is showing available from there end??


    Strange??


    If anybody else has had this problem please reply to this thread, any suggestions are greatly appreciated..

    RTG tech fixed the issue.. If any other players have this problem then they should know how to fix it :)

    I am having the same issue, I hope it's fixable . I don't mind sending in verification documents. I just do not understand the graying out of my card.
