Several of you followed my Raindance saga in winner's screenshots yesterday. $5 managers bonus ran up to $400 on 1- 10c spin.

I went to cash my max of $50 and they refused!!! I have had a faxback on form there for a long time and have made several cashouts. I hope the only casino I'm not scared to gamble in hasn't made a turn for the worst. Here is my denial email, my request was for $50 and my faxback has long ago been approved.

Dear catrina,

We have received your request to receive a withdrawal from your iNetBet account via a cashier's check.

Unfortunately we have had to deny this particular request for one of the following reasons.

- Due to processing and mailing fees, we can not process cashier's checks under the amount of $50.

- For security reasons, we need a Fax back form to process your withdrawal as stated in our website.

As a result of one of the above reasons, we have returned to your iNetBet account the $50.00 you requested for withdrawal. Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience.

If you have any further questions or queries please do not hesitate to contact us at any time.

You can email us at support@mail.inetbet.com.

Please see our website at www.inetbet.com for more details.

Thank you for playing at iNetBet Casino, the fastest and safest Casino on the Net, .

Kind regards.

Whew, got an email back from alan, said since it was a cashiers check they needed to verify the address was correct.

Glad they didn't get a new manager wanting to emulate the buisness practice of the OTHER casino's.

Still had my old faxback in the computer and sent it. Hopefully I'll get my MAX cashout, lol.

edit: Fast reply

Dear catrina,

Your Overnight Express has been approved.

We are pleased to confirm that your payment request will be sent out to you now. As soon as we have the tracking information, we will also be sending that on to you.

May we thank you for choosing iNetBet, we really appreciate you making us your number one choice.

Should you have any questions or require assistance in any matter please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Support at support@inetbet.com

We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Kind regards.

Hi!

Sorry for my silly question, but why have you not contact them at first, before you post here this complain? ;)

However, it's good to see, that they've found so fast a solution for you :)

It's only sad, that you can't withdraw the full amount :(

Yep, we could have done without these posts.

If the original CS agent had not sent this daft E-mail in the first place, we would not have had this post.

The CS agent should have checked, and discovered that catrina had NO CHOICE other than to request a withdrawal that was "too small". It should not have been necessary to have to take this to a higher authority just to get some common sense involved in the "rubber stamp" denial process.
If they were less "tight" and gave $10 manager bonuses, then the max would have been $100, and this would have been fine.

I fail to see why RTG casinos are so wedded to this low max cashout rule on many of their bonuses, other brands seem to cope just fine allowing players to take full advantage of any run of luck they might have. They have a similar rule on the slots, the 40,000x line bet rule.
I would be annoyed to lose several thousand, but have the reverse fortune when I have a max cashout limit and never get to keep it when I have merely won back a portion of earlier losses.

Often when a good casino 'mistakenly' returns a withdrawal to my account (on a max cashout) I will ask them to consider it a new deposit with no wagering requirements. Food for future thought:)

Why this?

Without any reason?

Dear x
I am sorry but this has really got to stop.
Our support staff do not not understand half of your mails and that is not because you are Finnish.
You are continually sending in mails criticising one member or another of my staff.
Then I find out you are trying to check on peoples personal data and information. [False]*
You are welcome to play with us but I really must ask you to confine your future mails to our support to Casino business matter only.
We are not equipped to answer any other mails than those concerning either your account or a question related to Casino business.
I am not being harsh with you x as we appreciate you have said nice things about us, I am simply trying to stop this continual back and forth of pointless mails.
regards
Emily

Well, I guess a casino can choose its customers for whatever reasons they choose.
"We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone"

Bummer Soda, I think I'd just move on.

Best to ya:thumbsup:

Now i understand not really more, as before, because you've posted only the mails from iNetBet, but not the mails, what you've sent to them ;)

i can't believe that they would close accounts without any reason.

agreed.
This is your site of the story.
Would you give us the other one too?

Sodax,

Are they having a hard time understanding your emails or are you finding it difficult to state your issue(s)? Please let me know as I can most certainly translate if you wish.

Swede

PS this is not a dig at you, just thought if your need some help, I'll be there. I know there are a lot of misunderstandings between player and casino/poker rooms due to incoherrancy from either part.

Sorry about the quick post but I trust the people on this board very much.

I love reading the post's and the great sense of humor here. I should have let inetbet answer first but they are one casino I did not expect a denial from. It was straightened out quickly and I hope the next time I win $400 on a dime spin I get to keep it all.

Thanks to all of you to numerous to name for the best informed portal on earth!

Good on ya catrina, glad to hear things worked out well.

Btw, congrats on the win and the nifty screenies, I sure liked 'em!

.
I asked reply from management - last week - but Alan start bashing me now. (excluding resented emails)

Is Alan part of iNetbet Management?!

If he is. I meant Casino Manager or upper management with my original email.

(Please see old emails and your database 2006)

And please act like adults. Thank you!

I do not know, why Alan is rude to me. Probably he have something against me, what i am or our country or whatever. I really do not know. Please do not start this kind of things. Because, now Alan do not reply to anything, but he pick some message and start bashing me. How RUDE!

I really don't give up.

If you make fun with my illness, or what i am. Go ahead. I thing i have a right to protect MYSELF!

There was some typos (typing errors), in my previous email, like:

procative = provocative

There was ever = There was ever any disclaimer..
(Like you know, it is a legal phrase)

It seems that you like to bashing your your customers...
Quite rude way. But, what else i can expect from you?!

You don't know, what am i or who am i?!
Hopefully nothing racist.

X

And why this doesn't happend with 32Red Pat?! He know much more....
And i respect him and he respect me! He is fucking (pardon my french, like Pina said) awesome. He is my Friend!...

You know Pat!!! Any complaints?!?!

Soda, first point, and you can agree or disagree. No one who works at a casino is your "friend". It is a business, plain and simple. While 32Red and especially Pat do go out of their way to offer that personal touch to all their players, and (it seems) especially the ones from here, you should not mistake that for friendship. It is business, nothing more. I also think the world of Pat, don't get me wrong. But I think that maybe you're asking a bit much of any casino rep or employee, and you are misinterpreting your relationship with them. Yes, you do get to know some of them on a first name basis, and exchange friendly emails, phone calls and such...please try to remember that the bottom line is always business.

Second point, I see by your emails that this has been an ongoing issue with Inetbet since February. You keep saying that you will expect a reply from management within a few days. What is the question that you were awaiting a reply on? Can you tell us that? From some of Inet's replies, it appears you were asking about something which maybe you shouldn't have been. That is just an assumption on my part, so if I'm wrong, I apologize. And again, I also like Alan, he is very personable and professional. While we have exchanged some emails back and forth, I certainly wouldn't consider him a friend. I am a customer, and he is the person in charge of my account. Nothing more than that.

It sounds to me like maybe you were expecting something that didn't happen, and you are very disappointed as a result. Back when I ran a website, I've had similar things happen....making the mistake of thinking that some of the affiliate managers I dealt with were my friends, and got burned in the process. This is ancient history now, and I've put it behind me. But it's a lesson I've never forgotten. Just my two cents worth Soda.

Not just 2 cents from you. I ageed, and i know this business.
I respect that you have a time to read my message...
but you know... can i say this..
Yeah...
I am anxious sometimes and because my llness... 99% affect to me... and i try to avoid that 1%... but you know... sometimes you CAN NOT give up.
This is global business, and everyone want to survive!

Also, you willl know that this industry is not so clean... even it is look like. Even "Accredited Casinos" or other good casinos.
You are not so naive

Did i just wrote total BS, or did you get it - anything

Damn, i try to learn english.... but it will takes more than 4 years... because i expect... too much

Of course I agree with that Soda, it's gambling. And there are huge amounts of money involved. There are good and bad operators, but bottom line, they are all out to make a buck. It just sounded to me like you are hurt, and you shouldn't be. That's why I posted about the friends thing.

Can you share with us what your original inquiry to Inetbet was? What was it that you were waiting on an answer about? That may clear up some of it. If it was privileged information of some sort, that they couldn't share with you, that could explain alot. It's up to you whether you want to tell us or not.

And yes, I understand what you're saying, for the most part. Swede is right, it can be difficult sometimes when English is not your first language. Maybe this IS nothing more than a misunderstanding? Without more info, I really can't say for sure.

Hi

Thanks for understandnig, when i helped you, with valid security issues

What was my mistake?! I do not know....

All i heard was:

Dear X,

We were not trying to be rude but we had no idea what the information you were sending us was.

When sending such information you need to clarify why it is being sent and what it is

We will pass this on to the tech team for them to look into

It is not something we deal with here at support

Regards

Brian

...and after i sent details, what you may need. I got your answer:

Thanks Soda. Unfortunately, I am out of my league with ANYTHING technical. But my take on it is that you were trying to inform them of a security issue? And your complaint is that they never replied to or resolved the issue....or didn't acknowledge there was an issue? Something like that? Am I close? Sorry, I couldn't be of more help Soda. Maybe Emily could add some clarification or shed some light on this when she gets a chance?

BTW, did you post about this before? Is there another thread that I could read that would help me to understand it better? I just don't think that Inetbet is the type of place that arbitrarily closes accounts unless they "feel" they have a legit reason for doing so. Personally, my own experience, I have never had a problem of any sort there...besides the disconnection thing awhile back, which was common to everyone. Again though, that's just me.

No, this first time, when i publish this. Ironically i am banned, because i said that i will post those screenshots in my blog, if they do not correct those within few months. (screenshots: currently: not available: Never wasn't)
(You may check standards via google - referring Secunia, etc - It is always to GOOD to give a chance to programmer/etc correct mistakes, before, publicity) ...but this was major reason, why Alan BANNED me

But i admit, that this a good casino. Unfortunately i can not recommend iNetBet to everyone.

Remember, almost 1200 emails are positive... and only few may have this kind of critic!

I dont mean to be rude but i have no clue what this is all about.:what:

I'm pretty lost too Paul, so don't feel bad. I don't really understand the issue, besides the fact that Soda's account has been closed. All I can gather is that he had some "security issue" with the casino, and after that, I don't know.
