just signed in for the first time for ages
told me i had to verify.
said identity passed, needed to upload a bill, next screen, upload identity and no option to upload a bill so uploaded it as an identity document 'other'
Whats the betting it gets refused, would ask live chat but there isn't any
 
Not completely true. You also need to deposit. Not just register.

You also can't take part if you have a pending withdrawal. Clearly designed to get people to reverse, not sure that is acceptable behavior from an accredited casino, seem to remember another casino getting a lot of stick for offering bonuses to get people to reverse.

Edit: here it is

  1. Will not aggressively entice players to reverse cash withdrawals with bonuses or other incentives.
 
They are not accredited here any longer. They were removed in March, which mean they are not even allowed to post in this section.
Yaker must have missed that but I guess he haven't been in here for a long time.

I'm going to explain some of the T&C's for Shake the Tree:

- You have a chance to shake if you have made at least one deposit.
- If you are a new register customer, you can shake during your first 2 days --> afterwards, you'll need to make a deposit.
- If there's a pending withdrawal you are not allowed to Shake the Tree.

@colinsunderland All the documents that were requested to you, it's because your Government and the UKGC requires all players to provide them. So, I'm 100% sure, we are not the only casino who asks for them. Meaning, I never understand why you have to talk s*it all the time about something that is mandatory for all casinos and all players to do.

I won't deny colin can come across as curt in his phrasing (as can I) - but I will mention, his first post was intended to be helpful
but that aside, you'll do better and go further rising above it :) I get reps are human too, and they have no obligation to take flak...but we're here in a member/player capacity - you're here in a professional one and the internet is forever, and I promise you, there will always be criticism :D

I'm not talking shit at all, it said my identity was verified and I had to upload proof of address. I clicked verify and the ONLY option was upload ID. No option to upload an address proof, which is what I said, I didn't complain at all about having to upload ID.
Oh and it isn't mandatory for a customer to upload ID at all. It is for the casino to verify all customers, which can be done electronically and means the customer doesn't have to do a thing.

@Yaker - Are players able to shake the tree (again) once 24h have passed since their previous shake?

@Jono777 Yes, you are allowed to Shake The Tree once a day if you are eligible. Should you haven't made a deposit in the last 15 days, then you'll have to make a new deposit and you'll be able to Shake once every 24 hours.

@colinsunderland Unfortunately, yes. It's mandatory to send the ID if the Verification Procedure wasn't able to do it electronically. Apart from that, the casino can always ask for manual verification to the customers

Wow! Just wow that is so disrespectful, I definitely wouldn't want to play at a casino that has that attitude to a customer :eek:

Yes but if you can do it electronically then a customer doesn't have to send documents in, which is what you said ALL casinos/customers have to do.
You are welcome to post what part of electronic verification I failed as I have been on the electoral roll for 4 years at this address, and my credit file is sufficient to verify me, as many other casinos have done.

As a positive my account is verified now, which was quicker than some casinos do and (probably because I managed to get through to live chat eventually last night) the document wasn't rejected, so thank you for that.
 
Hello all,

I have tried very hard to do things for the players, to improve the product and give you more features so you can enjoy the casino.

Of course, I understand that the players have a lot to say and can always give negative feedback to what we offer. But sometimes it would be nice some appreciation for what casinos do for you.

I apologize to all of you, and especially to @colinsunderland for my manners. They were absolutely incorrect and inadmissible coming from a casino staff member. In the end, we are all humans.

For the last time, I'd like to invite all of you to join us at Ikibu and enjoy our latest feature. We will keep working hard to offer you the best possible casino experience and hoping that you'll have a fun time.
